My only complaint about this place is that none of the pumps actually print you a receipt when you select that option. I mean... can't you just remove the option if you aren't going to use paper in the external printers? Lol... but I've never had any serious problem here. The staff seem generally friendly, although I wouldn't say they're extremely knowledgeable as a group. There have been a few occasions when the counter staff have been unable to answer simple questions, probably just due to lack of experience. I've never been treated in a way that I would call "rude", though.IMPORTANT: This obviously isn't Speedway's fault, but if you're pulling out to go right on William (towards the thruway), be extremely careful! There's a killer pothole that's basically invisible but almost always gets me no matter how slow and careful I am. If you peel out of the driveway at any significant speed, you're definitely going to do some damage to your vehicle.

This location needs a management visit by Speeedway owned by 7-11 store. The prices of gas are always 8% higher than anywhere in the area, and why is it that the same gas station across the street, by the same owner; is always 4 cents cheaper! This is price misconception, and your shareholder (the people) are starting to notice, and a report should be filed with Erie County.I go here every day for work and never again. The price has not changed in over months for gas, while others by Galleria are way lower jk.Also, the Tim Hortons here never gives you napkins jk.

Absolutely deplorable service. Serving expired drinks that are expired by a month, when told, they continued to let it be stocked on the shelf for people to buy for a month past the expiration, it expired November 20, 2023 and is still on the shelf, they only had ONE non expired drink for that BOGO deal so i requested a rain check or substitution or even just 50% off the one drink since that is all they had, i was told no over and over. When i asked for corporate i was told they don’t have that number, when i asked for a complaint line they again said they don’t have a complaint phone number, when i simply asked for a manager they said there isn’t one and they have no idea when one will be in over the next week. When i at last resort offered to leave my info for the manager to contact me, i was denied and told they wouldn’t pass it along and that they have no clue when a manager will be in and that there was absolutely nothing they could do for me to fix my issue and that i could just “buy a different product”. Except i’m buying that product BECAUSE it’s buy one get one free, so why would you assume i’d want to spend double or more on a different drink that i don’t drink. I simply told them to have a good night and left, i would recommend NEVER shopping or buying gas here, they will treat you like dirt.

this place should be banned from the NEW YORK STATE LOTTERY TO SELL SCRATCH OFFS OR TICKETS.. how do you sell tickets at and then say I can't cash u out specially when u lost $200 worth and then win $20 and then say I don't have money to pay u I just gave me u $200 of my money.. I never learn at least 7 times they did this to me until u asked for ther tax ID to expose them then they paid me

Busy street corner so don't expect to be in and out if there's any traffic at all. Also don't plan on using the air or vacuums because they don't work and there doesn't seem to be a plan to ever have them fixed.

Worst Speedway ever. Would sell alcohol after 3am on a Saturday? So I bought some Voodoo chips and they were stale right out it bag. Double disappointment.

I come to this gas station everyday and buy either gas,or purchase drinks and a snack before I start work,I go to use the men's bathroom and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks toilet is disgusting and floor is not clean broken toilet paper holders so I go to the women bath which is also a mess but at least one toilet was clean enough to use so I go to get ready to use the toilet and this big heavy set worker barges in right behind me and has this attitude towards me and says you can't use the women's bathroom and almost curses at me so I tell her please clean the men's ba8so I can use it she give me an attitude and then completely ignored me so then I walk back to the her and say please clean the bathroom and the other worker goes to cleaned it instead but it's still a mess she only cleaned the one toilet so I could use it

Busy corner and with the pandemic the Tim Hortons inside has closed. Not sure if it is even open never see anyone there. Usually stop in after work to play a lottery that I have tickets preprinted that I hand to the clerk. I stood at the counter and waited for her she was counting money for a drop and counting money for her drawer. This was around 5:30 p.m. I was in no hurry didn't have a plane to catch has it ready for her to play on tick for $2 take Five. All she said was "germs". I asked her to repeat what she said and she said one word "germs". I don't know if she is mentally disabled but her lack of an explanation of why she couldn't process a lottery ticket behind the counter was disturbing. So I tried to help her out and say "Oh you mean the coronavirus pandemic?" She replied, " Same thing". There was no sign at the counter or in the store. I asked her if she thought there was germs on the money she was just handling without gloves I might add. So apparently the fact that she handles money with no gloves but won't touch a lottery ticket is very odd to say the least. I am not a scumbag, I am neatly dressed and work in an office. Needless to say I will never spend one penny in that store ever again as long as I live. She was very rude and didn't offer an explanation or even try to have a conversation to explain which I am understanding of the pandemic concerns. This young girl has a long life in front of her but I am willing to bet it will not be in customer service retail. Their prices in the store are higher than NOCO was. It is too bad that they don't hire people that know how to communicate to customers.
