I visited this Subway location around 3pm. I was one of three people in the store, the other was a couple. Food was filled and stocked as if it had been slow. I ordered a veggie sub and a pepperoni pizza. I went to the bathroom after delivering the main parts of the order to the "sandwich artist". When I came back, the pizza had 4 giant slabs or pepperoni falling off the sides and burned in odd places. I requested a new pizza be made and the pieces be cut. I was ignored. I supplied the other staff member with my veggie selection. I asked again, if my pizza could be remade or a refund offered. The staff member who gave me this sloppy pizza was making comments under her breathe to the other staff member saying she would not be remaking it. When I attempted to address her again she said I'd have to come at another time for a refund because she wasn't willing to give me one. She said if I wanted pepperoni on the whole pizza I should've told her that before going to the bathroom. I said why would I need to tell you how to properly make the pizza. I didn't mean to come off rude but she was extremely hostile immediately. It was hard not to respond back to her caddy attitude with facts. I have worked for 8 franchises including THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION UNDER THE SAME OWNER. I mentioned that and how i know they are trained to cut the pepperoni and cook it with some care to ensure satis faction. I have worked in management. I know this process was wrong. I have NEVER been treated this way at any food establishment I have NEVER spoken to any food worker or any kind with any rude attitude or entitlement. I have NO CLUE why this staff member was so INTENSELY rude to me but I will NEVER EVER be a customer at this subway location if this staff member is still employed here. She was the African American woman with piercings working with a Caucasian woman with glasses. The causasian woman's name was Skye. Not sure what the awful, rude, staff memeber a name was and I really don't care to ever know.

Don't believe hours posted here. Memorial Day I went around 1:40 PM and they were closed. CLOSED Speaks of a management problem. Post here open special hours and closed.

Food was terrible I got a steak and the boss sub. On the steak sub was barley meat and on the the boss sub was 2 meats balls and alot of sauce. Yeah I won't be ordering there again.

Very poor customer service. I often visit this Subway because they honor coupons, which they wouldn’t because I ordered a sub that was not on the list, which was fine. I ordered 2 footling subs one of which I did not want cheese. I asked the sub maker to put the cheese on the other sub instead and she said that it would be an up charge. I asked why and she told me that they were 2 different sub, which I was very well aware of since I was purchasing them. I asked her if there was a separate charge for cheese and she said she could not put the cheese on the sub bc they were different subs. Then proceeds to say that “it’s not in her pay range” to explain to me why I couldn’t have cheese that I paid for put on another sub that I also paid for. I told her I would never come back again.

The staff closed the shop down 30 minutes before close because one of the workers was apparently sick. While I can understand this, I can’t understand why they still had all the lights on and were making subs for themselves instead of going home to rest. Also if one worker is sick, why couldn’t the other employee keep the shop open until close?
