First off, this restaurant is located in the food court. Something should be added to the location or description so I don't have to drive around to finally figure that out.The service was not good. We arrived with another woman waiting while we watched a guy talking to someone in the back. Once they finished their conversation, they came out and made the subs. I don't know if Subway is putting less meat on their subs now or if it was the people making it, but that was depressing. They also didn't have all of the veggie options one would normally expect. Don't think I will ever go back there again. There are other subways in the area.

Terrible customer service. She left my sub in the heater for too long, and so the bread came out with hard texture and fill. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I personally won't go there again.

I always order 30-45 minutes in advance knowing they take forever. When I still come up after waiting I’m always met with a line of 10 people and my order shows it’s ready on the app but is not ready when I go up. I have to wait for everyone else to get their order taken and made before mine is even made. I’ve ordered and paid before these other people my order should be done. I always end up waiting 20-30 minutes after my order says it’s ready, not including ordering 30-45 minutes before to avoid this. I’m always late back to work and cannot even eat what I ordered. I should be refunded for my time and experience. Hire more people or just shut down at this point.

The two young lady’s working on 11/14/22 were extremely rude. One of them tallish red hair and the other short with glasses. They were making sarcastic and mean comments and telling us that we would understand the pain of working when having a job. Says open till 6pm online, 9pm at the store, so makes complete sense that this place was closed at 5:20pm, it's subway though so prob wasn't any real loss

Rude is an understatement, such attitudes!! Absolutely no customer service!! Today I was 3rd in line and it took them 20 mins to prepare my simple sub, then was scoffed at for asking for a mall employee discount. Every time I come here hoping it'd be better it's not! Wipe the staff and get new management! *Edit* sub was made correctly, but sloppily, if people weren't actively watching, I'm sure there'd be mistakes as they didn't seem to care.

I visited this subway. I found that start to end, the service and staff is third category or even no category at all to talk with any person. They have no sense. It's better to close store or change your employees. Our suggestion is that when customers come to your subway restaurant, the employees should not torture and use rude language.

12/20/21 around 12:30 pm. The woman taking orders, tallish reddish long hair, glasses. At first I felt terrible as she seemed to be the only person working during the lunch rush. Then she opened her mouth. Absolutely miserable, condescending, dismissive. Clearly would rather be anywhere but at work. Apparently customers are the jerks because we can't hear employees mumble to us through the mask, the noise of the mall and a counter dividing us. I had the audacity I had to ask the types of cheese they had, so my client I was ordering for (who was in a wheelchair, unable to see any of the options) could hear and choose one \\\"they're right there\\\". If you hate your job, find a new one. But don't take it out in everyone asking you to perform the job you signed up for. The lady cashing us out was very polite. And I did thank her for it.

Horrible customer service lady very rude! tall red hair glasses should be fired!!! Customer service is a huge success in a business so when someone is rude food was ok though so have a good day

based on the copious amounts of reviews complaining of nasty customer service and poor overall everything dating back TWO YEARS- it really shows that management doesn’t care at all. No one wants to work, so these bratty workers know they won’t get fired, and they abuse that. This kind of behavior is so beyond disgusting. It’s your job, the least you can do is act like you want to be there earning the pay you get.
