Burger was OK. A little soggy but the thing that really irritated me was I ordered a salad with Bleu cheese as my side and they gave me ranch. THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE!

Today was an ok experience. We forgot how salty their fries are. My wife's burger should of been medium and it came out well. It wasn't the end of the world. Server was attentive.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and was supposed to come with a special sauce and it did not come with the sauce we had to ask the server to get some to put on. Ordered a whisky covered 12oz steak dinner and there was no whiskey sauce on it nor was there butter on the broccoli as the menu states. I asked for A1 sauce and a different server brought it out and we tried to tell her our food was wrong and she looked at us and literally walked away and didn't acknowledge that we even said anything to her. We had to wait for our actual server to come walk past us to get her attention. And to top it off they gave us 15% off our bill which was only $6.00.

Both my wife and I work late during the week. We were trying to catch a quick bite on a Wednesday night. We called ahead to ensure they were open and were told they close at 11. We walked in at 9:15 and saw diners in both the dining area and bar. We were ignored by several staff members walking by and looking at us. Finally we were greeted by what appeared to be a manager after 5 minutes and were told "were closed and the cops are coming." This statement seemed to contradict the current state of diners in the restaurant who were eating peacefully. Very odd and not an understandable situation, also disappointing because we called ahead.

Staff is not temp checked like website says!!! They don’t care if you aren’t feeling well. Kitchen staff does not wear masks or gloves. Everything is not fully sanitized between uses. Floors cleaned maybe once a week. Bathroom always disgusting.

Asked for a booth said they couldn't but when white family came in they were offered the booth gave me an old lime with my corona extra beer just rude I normally goes to the one downtown but I was doing some shopping every time I come to this one I'm not treated well but I love your company's food.

Worst experience with a Fridays and I love Fridays. My order was incorrect, items were missing, charged for extra items that I did not ask for. I ordered to go and the bag was so tightly knotted I didn't even check until I got home. Complete waste of time and money.

Honestly don't know how this location is still open. Terrible service. Food took forever. Once we got our food, never saw our waitress again. Actually had to go and look for someone just To PAY THE BILL!!!! Could've just walked out. No one else was on the side of the restaurant we were. Next time I will wait the 45 mins at another restaurant! I'm sorry but this location just needs to be shut down!

This was an awful experience. It was 8 pm at night and I was starving. I dont know if I'm more upset about the fact that it took 30 min for a drink and an hour for my food or how absolutely disgusting the bathrooms were. Omg. They should be ashamed of themselves....ecsp with the time we are in. ....if I could have held it I would have but I had an hour drive home....idk if the waitress was new or just clueless. ...maybe stoned? Idk....it was not that busy 2 other tables left ...she kept forgetting to bring napkins...then forgot silverware...i ordered 4 different bar drinks they were out of all four....simple drinks...God that sucked ...I left annoyed and im still hungry. Get it together...and for the love of goddd clean your women's bathroom!

Worst experience ever paid $25 for chicken tortolini delivered thru Uber Eats received a lunch size portion no sides no salad and it was dry called Friday back they said it was nothing they can do it was preportioned if i want a refund call Uber Eats waitress was not helpful or sympathetic would not even put a manager on the phone to help me smh that’s the last time they get $55 from me
