Went there this afternoon to buy donuts. When I looked in the glass case, it had flies all over the Cinnamon Twist donuts. When I bought it to the employee’s attention. She shook her head and said yea, I know. I said so you are still going to sell them like that? She said yes. She said my manager knows about it too. I was grossed out and left. ? Never will I ever buy coffee or anything here again. Sadly, enough it’s the closest Tim Hortons to me and I ate there weekly before seeing the flies. To have flies all over the food and choosing to sell it while customers can see it and you don’t care is disgusting and says a lot about your lack of cleanliness. It’s 33 degrees outside today January 23rd, 2024. Where do you even find so many flies?. Clearly there is a deeper issue that is not being addressed.
Out of all the Tim’s around I go to this one I pass 4 everyday on my way to the Walden one , the ppl that work there are fantastic and seem to actually truly care about taking care of people. I get a simple bacon and cheese bagel and an ice cap and the bagels are always on point and they always have the ones I like This to me is the best in wny. Thanks for being great everyone keep up the good work

Tim Hortons is like McDonald's. Their companies are losing its morale. Even though their company to still make invades of dollars. Lol. It's crazy because the workers are getting sloppy and the food is just not pleasable if pleasable was a word lol. I stop eating McDonald's almost 12years ago and I stopped eating Tim Hortons around the same time about maybe 7 years ago. You guys need to get better with hiring people that truly want to be there for the joy of it of serving others and not just for the convenience for them because the attitudes suck which make the food suck which make me think what are they doing to the food. And I'm not giving him no photos cuz I'm not advertising them. I have a beautiful and blessed day ✨
