I've visited this location before when I was in the region so I'm familiar with the service. But this time, I went to the drive thru and placed my order of Grilled Cheese Panini w/ bacon, Honey dipped donut, and med dark roast. The coffee was hot and great as usual. Halfway down the highway, I learned that my sandwich didn't have the bacon that I paid for. No biggie, I ate it despite the disappointment and decided to dig into my donut... Then I learned it's a jelly filled donut... Gag!!! ? That's disgusting. Now I'm pissed. I feel like this store owes me an entire meal.Worst yet, this is the second time in less than a month that a Tim Horton's franchise has screwed me of my lunch.Thanks for taking our money. I guess I'll have to inspect everything BEFORE I leave the drive thru if I go back to any of those places.

Ordered a BLT sandwich. Requested Veterans Day free coffee per the website. Manager wasn't certain if he could honor that, but did anyway and actually gave me two, since one was prepared by mistake. Establishment is very clean and has a large screen TV to watch. The sandwich was hot and served on a ciabatta roll, which seemed unusual. The tomatoes were flavorful and juicy and the lettuce was crisp. There could have been a little more dressing but overall the sandwich was delicious and filling.

That's super lazy to make latte. They said machine cleaned. There is no sign after this time we don't make any special cappuccino or latte . I work cafe many many years. Clean the machine does not take more than one minute or so.

I go to a lot of Tim Hortons on a daily basis.... I've been coming to this one for about a week and a half now. This is literally the ONLY Tim Hortons I have gone to, that gets my order correct EVERY DAY!! I appreciate all the workers who make this such a great place to go!! Keep up the great work!!!!
The young man at the counter burnt my hand with my coffee the lid was not all the way on he was mad because I asked him for fresh coffee because by Tim Hortons company Sanders if the coffee pot is blinking red you are supposed to discard the coffee and get new coffee he got mad at me chose to fling the cup of coffee at me burning me spilling it on the counter like that doesn't acceptable and I will be calling corporate
