My friends and I came to this McDonald’s after prom on April 18. We were having a great night until we came here. I don’t remember the names of the people who were working that night, all that I can say is that they were nothing but rude. One of the ladies kept slamming orders onto the counter, and when it came to be our turn, she slammed my friend’s drink down on the counter. After that, she snapped at us, saying that we shouldn't make a mess because she just cleaned up. My friends and I understood that we came not too long before it was closing time and respected the employee's efforts to keep their workspace clean, but I don't think that commentary was necessary. While we were seated, that same lady and another employee were saying unprofessional and indecent things about us in Spanish, as well as laughing at us. If that wasn't enough, the cherry on top was one of the ladies yelling at us to throw our trash out despite us standing next to the trash can, getting ready to throw it out. If it wasn’t obvious, we had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s.

I’ve been here quite a few times now, and there wasn’t one time where they didn’t get my order right . Today I went and they didn’t get one of my fries, and charged me for an extra sprite when I didn’t order an extra. They are unfriendly most of the time. The food tastes like any other McDonalds, but they never get my order right, or anyone I’ve talked to’s order.

The food was McDonald's standard, so not terrible.The service was super fast, probably the fastest I've seen, certainly faster than my usual McDonald's. The employees were also extremely nice.The surroundings were very clean, wiped down, and had lots of windows.

Just picked up a mcchicken and some fries and a diet coke. Small but pleasant meal. Went through the drive thru and the worker at that post was nice and capable of doing her job. Ive sorta stopped eating at fast food spots. But the occasional chicken sandwich i wont pass up and some fries, thats for sure. But im working on mu health at this age in my life so sugars and fats and fast foods are out. Only very occasional.

I ordered, on the app, curbside pickup. When I arrived, I parked in the correct area and designated (on the app) that I was parked in a specific spot. It told me my food would be ready in 3 to 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and had to go inside to receive my meal. What's the point of curbside pickup if I have to come inside and STILL wait for my food to be ready? On top of it all, I got home and discovered that one of my sandwiches was missing bacon (which I paid extra for). I understand being busy (especially since I worked at McDonald's when I was younger) but this is ridiculous. I worked drive thru, front desk and grill (in the same shift) and never made customers wait like this.Moral of this story: check, check and re check your food and don't bother with curbside at this location.

One item was correct on my order, French fries. Ordered a ¼ pounder with cheese, got a chicken sandwich.Had to ask for soda cups, like the balance of our party got, ahead of the food coming to the table.Bathroom was on par with McDonald’s standard, kinda clean.If you have kids, this location has a large play area, but we just needed a quick lunch while passing through.Highly unimpressed.

This location is my preferred spot. I stop here for coffee, sometimes a meal. The service is always super fast and the staff are really efficient and always pleasant. I like this location better than the one closer to me. I can order on the app in the parking lot and give them a few minutes, go in, and it's ready. Maybe it's not a busy time, but I still think it's pretty great!Kid-friendliness: There's a play place for the kids, climbing and slides.

I’m sick and tired of the horrible customer service at the drive thru, they are rude, don’t listen and the food is always wrong, we are here at least 3x a week if not more. It’s getting worst, if you don’t want to work, don’t come to serve food with all the negativity and attitude.The time before now the fries were definitely old and cold not even warm. Always giving apple slices after I say extra fries, no sweet and sour, imagine giving a kid their chicken nuggets without sweet and sour. Train the staff, I don’t think anyone should be spending any money to experience very unprofessional attitudes and behaviors.
Usually stop here when traveling on NYS 17, easy on and off. Can sometimes busy but they are quick! Love the chocolate shakes.

Will start off with that i've been here before prepandemic, and always had good service here.Went here yesterday Saturday February 10th 2024 to get some shamrock shakes with my dad. We were taking a ride, so we decided to go to the drive through. we ordered 2 medium shamrock shakes. Tad problem is we couldn't quite hear the person who took our order, but maybe he was talking to someone else or something. My dad paid with a $20.00 bill, and got the correct change. We got 2 medium shamrock shakes rather quickly, and were served efficiently. Will definetely consider coming back to this mcdonalds to get some food and the shamrock shake. And we both enjoyed them, as we drank all of it!

My husband and I were coming home to Canada from a trip in AC. We both agree this was hands down the best McDonald’s we’ve ever had. It just doesn’t taste like that in Canada!! And the woman working the counter was so kind she gave my husband a side of pickles and was so sweet. So happy I saved the receipt so we know where to go again when we come back!

Update Jan 27 : HAVE THEM REPEAT YOUR ORDER ... last 2 weekend I go in for a number 9 steak egg bagel ( childhood favorite) breakfast with extra sauce ... always get bacon and today what I get ???SAUSAGE EGG AND CH NO SAUCE .. . JUST GO TO MONROE OR MIDDLETOWN ... IMAGINGE JUMPING ON HIGHWAY WITH YOUR FOOD ON YOUR WAY TO ADVENTURE AND YOU GET THE WRONG FOOD ..... I ALMOST SWEREVD INTO A TREE ?

Love this McDonald's in Chester. They are fast, clean and the food is hot. This is my favorite McDonald's just miss the play place that's gone now. One of the largest indoor dining places with bathrooms that's clean. Has handicapped parking, a drive through, parking and push button doors that work for handicapped. THE ICE CREAM MACHINE USUALLY IS ALWAYS WORKING HERE! I have never been not able to get something I wanted that was on the menu unlike other locations! They have handicapped accessible bathrooms also. They actually let non customers use them! Good for business! Last I checked they still had booster seats n highchairs which most locations got rid of. They still might have a few play items where the big play place was. They have a great selection of toys always so if U can't find that certain toy U want go there! Staff is nice and helpful! It's always been very clean there too. Happy they still have self serve drink machines! Best McDonald's I'd say in orange county! Yes it's fast food but I always get my sauces I want and am not nickeled n dimed if I want 1 or 2 more! They want their customers coming back and have good indoor service! They care not just about door delivery orders n the drive through! Yes the location is a bit hard to get into to park/order take out but it's right off the highway! This is my favorite McDonald's! Just please bring back the play place. They did have outdoor dinning but not sure if still do. Parking lot always clean. Also it's in a good safe town.Vegetarian options: You can get salad, apple fries, and fries no salt. There are not many other options I know of except parfate and oatmeal Also egg sandwiches, pancakes and cookies. Some of these wouldn't count as vegan though.Dietary restrictions: There is no salt fries. Otherwise just look at the calories and look at the website for the labels for food. You can get no bun for gluten free.Parking: Plenty of parking and can also park in the plaza right next to McDonald's. There is handicapped parking right by the door. Never had a problem finding parking here.Kid-friendliness: Safe nice atmosphere. The kids meals have toys. There might b a tiny play area still. It's not a play place w the tubes, ball pit and slides though.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a button to open the door, handicapped parking w no lip, handicapped bathroom and plenty of tables you can pull up to!
