The delectable menu offered a range of top quality foods, from generic steaks to exquisite salads, the menu was a step above most eateries. There was ample wait staff, the service was top notch. Very little wait time. Our medium rare steak was the right amount of medium and the right amount of rare. The cauliflower soup was bursting with flavor as was the tuna tartar. Overall it was an excellent experience & the "tasting menu" was excellent bang for the buck.
Beautiful and amazing experience! The decor creates a relaxing atmosphere that take you away to a different place. Very relaxing and totally disconnected from the outside. Great food! Every dish was perfect and I’m not easily pleased. Servers, bar tender and staff very professional, knowledgeable and swift.

Went for an anniversary dinner to Dolcetto in Chestnut Ridge (Monsey), NY. This place is the full package. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I was even happy about the lighting and background music. The prices are on the higher side but they made sure we felt taken care of and the overall experience was worth it. The food was delicious and very nicely presented. We chose this place because they had fun and unique appetizers but you should check out the menu for the full description as I can’t do it justice. I regretted having even one piece of the bread for the table because I wanted to save every bit of room for the food we ordered.Our favorite was the chicken and pumpkin waffles with jalapeño but unfortunately the picture is awful but it was so crunchy and flavors were balanced so well and the portion was bigger than expected! The mixed grill cauliflower was really great too and the laffa with hummus was delicious on its own. We then got the cauliflower soup with crispy parsnip which was a great break from the heavier apps. We then got the lasagna special with egg and toasted breadcrumbs and emulsified basil which had great texture. Last we got the pastrami sliders and I appreciated that it was cooked well and the pretzel bun was a fun choice. For dessert we got the dolcetto cookie but we were so full that it was hard to eat more.They also really took their time to help us find wines that we would each enjoy and were patient with descriptions (we aren’t quite connoisseurs just yet).Overall really an enjoyable experience that made it feel like a special night.I look forward to going back to try some mains too.
