I don't know if it was just today. The crew was incredible. I don't give out compliments super easily. Today's food reminded me of childhood. I know that sounds stupid. But, it was exactly the way McDonalds is supposed to be. Absolutely amazing.The line for drive-thru was super long. However, it went super fast. 10/10

This location has gone down hill so badly I'll be stopping at Burger King up the street from now on instead.

They shorted me on my change last Saturday, so I know their drawer was over by 20 bucks lol,... I never said anything though.. I didn't realize until I got home... But the food was good service was okay mine is they forgot a couple my sweet sour sauces! And the fries were kind of cold! But outside of that I go there all the time!

Absolute piss poor customer service. I get it’s mcdonald’s i’m not expecting any Michelin level service here but everyone was so rude and miserable it genuinely made me miserable. Especially Diane she gave me so much attitude taking my order then watched her do the same to others. Again i get its fast food but at least have some class.

I visited yesterday for to go breakfast, I was immediately welcomed and the pleasant lady took my order and brought it to me in a very timely manner! I was shocked because I stopped at Wendy's on east circle drive and stood at the counter for 15 minutes and then the lady comes in from outside chatting and says sorry I didn't know you were here. I left and went to McDonald's and that's where I'll go in the future.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the Breakfast Burritos were old beyond old, they seemed like an angry employee squeezed the life out of them, went to get a drink at the fountain drink machine only to see so much dried food and grime all over the counter, it was early in the morning, no excuse for days old harden food, especially in the lobby, one of the filthiest McDonald’s I’ve been in

Was told by employee " we dont have nuthin like that when i soecified a menu item listed on my app- online ordered for pick up . I wound up not getting my deal and paying more than twice as much for less food than i needed for my two young children and my husband- everyone was tired and needed to be fed as preschoolers rely on structure routines and our family operates around the necessary schedule. So I had to just order whatever while we all sat in the drive through expecting to just be picking up a previously placed online order!Vegetarian options: Should offer veggie burger patty alternative to all burger sandwiches!Kid-friendliness: Chaos and no veggie burger option also only 1% milk is offered. Should offer sf juice and while plain milk
