Ordered a grilled cheese for my son and this is what they gave us. The cheese is dry and cracked and the bread is clearly not toasted and cold. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog, let alone my child.

Normally I am really happy with this Panera but today we ordered on the mobile app for pickup around 6pm and my Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich barely had ANY chicken salad on it. Very disappointed.

The fat, black haired with glasses is a joke and should be terminated. I'll take her job! I should not be harassed and laughed by her for being a regular. I find it very odd how the employees like to seemingly stare and admire you to figure out how you look as if they have some very criminal ideas running in their heads!!! Bye bye Panera!
Really Panera? This is the quality you’re okay with putting out? You charge $7 for a smoothie and only offer one size and you can’t even bother to fill it to the top? Second time this has happened!!! Ridiculous. Then this sloppy soggy mess of a sandwich? I couldn’t even eat it because it was so disgusting. Done with this place. They’ve become sloppy and lazy with food and drink orders but still wanna charge an arm and a leg. $30 for this!!! Embarrassing

I went into the restaurant to order takeout, The staff was wonderful, from the guy that took my order to the people preparing it and the manager, she was right there with the team helping to put my order together, another team member asked me if I had Christmas plans, I told her mainly making sure my Granddaughter had a good Christmas, at that point the manager came from food prep to give me a cookie to give to my Granddaughter, I was very impressed, I had never been to that particular Panera but I will definitely be back, the food was great, but the staff made my experience the best! Thank you to them!
