Just had an interesting experience there.. I went to get my daughter a smoothie and a flatbread one employee was working the other was standing around with friends talking so I get the smoothie and am waiting for food but no one is making it because the person that is supposed to be is hanging out and it’s funny because her conversation with them is about how she is the only one that works around there and everyone else does nothing .. she finally decides to make it and when she hands it to me I question her about chips I thought she was supposed to get she was rude and she can’t read .. won’t return

First of the smoothies top notch full of flavor yet healthy they have achieved what seemed to be impossible for many other places I got the peanut butter cup with added chia seeds and it was phenomenal and as for food I got the sausage quesadilla, hands down amazing this was also very delicious. The service was very good everyone working was very good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very mediocre for the times the same color light blue that every place uses recently, but if the foods great (which it is) then I don't really think the Ambiance is important. Most of all though going here was pure nostalgia and that by far was my favorite trait about this place, if you remember growing up going to carousel mall before it was known as destiny usa and especially during those hot summer days Mr.Smoothie was always a stop for me and my family going there as a kid were some of my most fondest childhood memories. So all in all Awesome food great service and a wonderful trip down memory lane, I will absolutely be coming back for more.

Love this place. You can sub out things you don't like. Sarah is always very nice and knowledgeable, and unlike some places (who's colors are green and white) my drink always tastes like it's supposed to, not different every time.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu , seating with bright colors.Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking for the disabled and everything is ground level.
Just a warning, don’t get the energizer!!! The smoothies are very good normally and I got my favorite smoothie (açaí berry boost). I love this normally, but I decided to add the energizer because I’ve been tired today. Wrong choice. Now my smoothie tastes like chemicals with a hint of berry. There should definitely be a warning about the strength of the energizer and its taste. Overpriced too.

When they first opened, I was a happy camper because there's nothing like this in Cicero. And by happy, I mean we were eating there twice a week. The smoothies are excellent, and the wraps were really decent for the price. Then came the day that the wraps changed. I ordered my usual, and it was unrecognizable and had no sauce. My husbands wasn't the right wrap, or so wrong we didn't exactly know what kind of wrap it was. I filled out the survey on the receipt, and we were offered free replacements. For those the next week we went in to the establishment to place our orders, and I checked it before we left. Again, wrong wrap, no sauce. The ladies working in the front were helpful and understanding, and one went back to show the worker how to make the wrap. He said he'd had no idea. She handed our order and I went home excited to finally have my Baja wrap. Somehow we were given someone else's order. I contacted them again, heard nothing. The problem seemed to be untrained workers after the initial month. It's a shame because it was nice to have an easy go-to every week when no one wants to cook. I'm at a fool me twice place til I hear otherwise, because it is expensive for what it is.I do miss that Baja wrap and pineapple salsa though!3 stars for sadness, but 5 stars for the smoothies.10/15/23Updated: happily the restaurant seems to have settled, and is back on track. We braved it Friday, and we're happy!
