French fries were way overcooked, sat us under the air conditioner looked up it was full of dust and blowing out ice cold air ! Tried the new Barilla quesadilla nothing like a real one at all very disappointing! Staff were nice however !

Was always the go to place for best nachos....not last night. Horrible Nachos. Ice cold , no jalapenos, stale chips very little cheese. The lettuce was in huge pieces and wilted. The only high point was a sweet server Hannah.
I made a mistake with my to-go order and the manager and front desk staff were super accommodating and kind about it. Even when it was super busy!! Thanks a bunch :)

Friendly staff and yummy food! Definitely better when it's not extremely busy, but as long as you're patient, it's a great place to eat. I always enjoy their Steak Salad, it's my favorite thing to get there! I've had other things before, especially their tenders, and it's all been amazing!

One hour and three minutes to get 10 tenders and loaded cheese fries for takeout. I don’t recommend ever doing takeout. We normally come weekly, but it has been getting worse. Today was their last chance. The takeout girl tonight was absolutely miserable looking over the 45 minutes that I stood there and waited inside the lobby, not one single smile. They need to hire more help. Not to mention, the entire time I stood there, not one single manager came through to see the unhappy guests waiting.
