Went here for the $2 Dave's double deal and a soda. The app stopped working when I got here and they weren't gonna give me the deal at first but then they did. I get to the window and find out a medium size soda is $3.49? What is this a fricken movie theatre?? There's a reason this is the only time this year I've eaten at Wendy's and unless you lower your prices it's gonna stay that way. Your soda doesn't have gold in it. This is an above average Wendy’s experience. They had fresh fries that felt like they were just cut. The burger was fresh but seemed a little dry or old. I had a wrap that was better than McDonald’s snack wrap. Only complaint is it’s an awkward location on the outskirts of Syracuse. If you stop here it’s an annoying detour if on route to the city.Kid-friendliness: This is a family friendly venue.

Possibly upstate New Yorks slowest Wendy’s? Don’t bother ordering ahead in the app; you’ll still end up waiting 20 minutes. Not the employees problem but an issue of management/ownership.
