Humbert House is a beautiful restaurant, and even though is on the smaller side. They found a comfortable way to add a lovely bar, and depending on the day. You can enjoy live music from local talents. Frank was our server and he did a wonderful job. He was very attentive, and he was just genuinely friendly. As good as my experience was. Best cup of coffee I've had at a restaurant. Steak was tender, but over seasoned. French onion soup had no onions and rather mild broth. Don't sit by the bar... very noisy. Friendly efficient wait staff.Parking: parking lot behind restaurant

I think the “slab bacon” equated to a few remnants of crumbled bacon.
