My friends and I were passing through the state the day after the solar eclipse. Our last dining experience was absolutely horrid. THIS place however, got it all right. Vibes were impeccable. The food presentation and taste were spectacular. Our server, Susan, was so attentive and sweet. Five stars and my sincere thanks to all the staff!!

I LOVE Mr. Fuji!!! Amazing sushi, amazing gyoza, super affordable for the amount of food they give. Hibachi, sit down meals, and service are all great here. Highly recommend

Mediocre quality food, inconsistent service and poor smelling restaurant. We had to ask the waitress multiple times for the same thing even though we were only 1 of 2 parties in the whole place. Food tasted quite bland and definitely not worth their higher end pricing. Having major stomach pain after the meal which is certainly not the desired outcome.

Mr. Fuji has been our preferred Hibachi restaurant. I don't think we've ever made reservations, and there are just three of us, but it never seems to be a problem. The longest we've ever had to wait was 15 minutes. Easily accessible, the people seem nice enough. For the most part, the food is pretty good. Every once in a while, we get a chef is isn't as good as the others, so we've had one or two meals that weren't outstanding, but we mostly enjoy. I do wish they'd check on us a little more often when it came to drinks (they don't seem to happen by all that often once they've delivered the drinks or appetizers), but I can usually flag someone down when we're completely out of water, soda or alcohol. One of the best parts about Hibachi is the chef, right? Well, these folks are usually pretty fun, too. There has been one chef that doesn't seem to really get into the show, so that one was a little bit of a bummer... but there was another dude who actually made balloon animals for all of the kids at the table. I'm not kidding, that was awesome - no special occasion, it's just what he did! Yep, we'll keep on coming back. We like it there.

Stopped here on our way through town when our first choice was closed. Everything they served which was not fish was pretty good: miso soup and salad, and the peanut avocado roll was excellent. But the fish was rubbery and mostly inedible, which, when sushi is in your restaurant name, is unforgivable. I do not recommend.

Ordered delivery. Have no problem paying for delivery and convenience. The portions were not appropriate for the price charged.

Like their lunch specials. Get the lunch box special; get salad, soup, rice, and entree of teriyaki salmon, chicken, beef, or tofu. Best deal in town! Their chicken Katsu is good too. All their dishes are superb. Have tried their shrimp tempura, hibachi steak, all excellent.

I always go here for hibachi and more sake more happy. But also bc they always have the best cooks and service. However I felt like today was a little different. We made reservations for 7 people and we were the only ones in the dining room. It seemed as though we weren't a Priority at first. The food was ehhhh mediocre and the restrooms were quite gross. It's a shame bc I feel like this place went downhill a little. I hope they fix this bc it has so much potential.

Definitely a great sushi shop! Relaxed environment, great food, and service is as it should be. Staffing managed to find that attentive balance where they came by the table the exact right amount of times to let us enjoy ourselves and tend to our needs. Would highly recommend.
