The people working we're very pleasant. The lack of communication for my order seems to be the problem.I had to go back to the counter three times to get my order correct. It seems any fast food business does not care anymore

1 came here ordered breakfast and some blue haair man came and handed me my food I open the bag and guess what no straw! These mental people working here have no idea what there doing back when I was a kid there wasn't a blue haired old man looking at my kids while they give me food they need to go to a boot camp full of them back in the olden war days Like world war 2 and gas them up I wouldn’t have been mad of it was just a normal person but it was a blue hair man you can put that much work in your hair but forget a straw

Multiple visits. Guy taking payments at drive thru and handing out product had a love affair picking his nose in plain site. Could catch enough personal conversations from employees to write a short story, from love life’s to what they did the night before. Enjoyed the trashy language in the back(assuming where they prepare the sandwiches etc..) Colorful indeed!! SmhWitnessed what appeared to be a new girl getting treated like garbage from what I could gather was an employee playing manager by the name of Karen. The new girl went to the rest room and I could hear employees “badmouthing “ her including picking on her name. Don’t think they realize how loud they are and what can be heard in the dining area while trying to enjoy a coffee and a break from my job. Management should be ashamed and a “clean house” approach by the franchise owners may be a start on improving customer service and some kind of professionalism, starting from management on down. 3 times a week I pay a visit but safe to I'm done with this management circus

Worst service location possible. I’m here sitting in drive thru writing this. Been in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes. After 20 minutes, I pulled up to the front lobby to get my drive thru mobile order instead. As, I’m walking up, the employee closes and locks the doors. I got back in my car and I’m in the drive thru again. Here at the window finally… another 5 minutes without anyone coming up to me. Employee finally comes up and hands me the coffee they made 30 mins ago… cold. I asked if it was still hot and the reply was “it should be”………………………………………….. it was cold. I asked for it to be remade.

I am a teacher , I almost order an ice coffee everyday. I have never had a rude experience with any of the people who work there . The only thing I will say is they need to update their speaker system. You can barely hear them , and I’m sure they can barely hear me.Thank you for keeping me going in the morning.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to, I tried this store for the second time today and they were EXTREMELY rude…again. When I pulled up to the drive through speaker I wasn’t greeted with the normal “welcome to Dunkin” instead I was met with “what do you want”, once I gave her my order she simply said “pull up”. At the window she didn’t say anything to me just stuck her hand out for my card. When I questioned why I was CHARGED $1 FOR WATER, she said “because water isn’t free” and shut the window in my face. Keep in mind that I ordered several donuts & two coffees, I didn’t only order water. Never going back to this location again.

I've been here twice and my order was wrong both times. The first time I thought was maybe a fluke but I guess they're just always this bad. I asked for a cold brew with 1 mocha and got a hot coffee with 3 mocha. :(

Extremely disappointing experience at the drive-through at this location (2nd time now, hence decided to write this review). Placed my order (had to repeat some items 2x, which is totally fine). When I drove to to the pay/pick-up window, the lady who had taken my order had missed 2 items (which is again perfectly fine and can happen). However, her reaction was to totally act surprised and blame me as if the items were not ordered in the 1st place. She was standing in the background and even said "What the F?" in surprised tone, assuming I would not hear it ! Her co-worker who was handling the payment, was very nice on the contrary and apologized for not getting the order correct. She requested I pull up ahead, which I did and that they would deliver the food to me. After waiting for another 8 minutes the same 'What the F" lady came up and literally shoved the bag into my hands without even saying a word. I did not say the customary thank you either as I was completely upset at this point. I did not want to get into a verbal duel with her at this point as I had my little girl in the car with me, but was determined to write this up in a formal review as (i hope!) that would have a better impact. This experience has definitely left a very bad taste in my mouth and is something that no one expects from any service establishment in this day/age. DD and franchise owners definitely need to look into training employees better and/or managing their workload IF this is a result of them working long shifts etc.

Worst DD I've ever been to, asked to speak to mgr two days in a row, told not 1 on premises! Guess that might explain some of the rudeness and chaos I've witnessed at this location, will go out of way to a different DD in future.
