Great options on the menu. Always have a good meal. The staff, however, are not very friendly- at least the one who delivered our food to our table gave a small smile. The one at the counter looked miserable and had zero customer service. It doesn't hurt to be a tiny bit sociable at a place of business. I guess people don't go here for the atmosphere...

Good selection of delicious subs and sandwiches. The food is good enough to stop a roomful of verbose construction workers from talking. However, the condition is only temporary. That calls for a return visit. Will gladly eat there again

I was there for St Patrick's day lunch which consisted of corned beef and cabbage. Along with Irish soda bread and little potatoes. Let me be perfectly honest and truthful about it. In my opinion it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. In fact it was so good that I ordered it again for my dinner. I LOVE CORNED BEEF and CABBAGE.

What a great find! We've been going here since we moved to the area 10 years ago. Very nice variety of food items and a terrific deli counter. Helpful staff too ?

I usually won't write a review for a place I only visited a couple of times, but this place is awesome. The prices can seem a little high compared to other, more corporate establishments, but the difference here is that you get what you pay for. Want an egg sandwhich? They will not use frozen, processed eggs, that are heated up in a microwave. Want a regular sandwhich or wrap, you'll get more than three measly slices of meat. You get real food, real portions, and real ingredients.

I go here all the time because my son plays hockey in that area. The menu is huge and the food is great. It's always busy but still doesn't take very long to get your order. I'll often call ahead and pick it up and I'm in and out in minutes. I'll get the Italian sub most of the time and I like their version of it more than any other I've had. They add a slice of breaded eggplant in there and it makes the sandwich. They have a bunch of things in the refrigerated section for prepared foods which is nice too. Highly recommend it.

This place is over-rated. I went in there with a client to meet for lunch and discuss some business. We showed up a little before the lunch rush and ate some "sandwiches" about the size of what you get in a Lunchable. As the place got busy, people were looking for tables. After finishing our undersized lunch, one of the workers (I think that she was one of the owners) told a couple that, "they are done and need to give up the table"! We just glared at her and left, but we weren't finished. If you want good deli food, drive anther 10 minutes to Cardona's in Latham--they get it. Best sandwiches in town!

Always loved this place but today disappointed! I ordered a chicken salad sandwich! I swear they must have ran out and someone threw some together! It wasn’t good! Not like I remember! Anyway skip the chicken salad! ??

We got breakfast to go. I had french toast (yum) with bacon and coffee. I tried my daughter's home fries and they were delicious. Food was good and service was good. I would go back.

My husband's work orders lunch every Friday, always $100+. Today's order was missing 2 sandwiches. He called and was told by a man that he packed the order himself and there were no missing sandwiches. We were told if we wanted replacements, we'd have to pay for them. They have lost a customer.

The food is decent but the customer service is down right trash. We have ordered from here on 3 different occasions and EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to go back to pick up the food they forgot to put in the bag. The last time they forgot a wrap and a soup, when I called after realizing they didnt give it to me they said they would bring it to me but what they didnt say was that their driver was out on a delievery and god knows when they would be back. So after a half hour of waiting (and no more time of my lunch break left), I called and told them and said I would just come and get it. When I got there the cashier told me the driver left to bring me my food. I asked why would they did that since I just called and said I would come get it myself after waiting a half hour and she rolled her eyes and said well I'm not the one who answered the phone.. so apparently its not her problem. When the manager came over with her smug condescending attitude and actually hit me with "umm we're short, have you ever worked in the food industry before?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? THATS WHAT YOU SAY TO A CUSTOMER THAT JUST CAME BACK FOR FOOD THATS PAID FOR AND ONCE AGAIN I'M SUPPOSED LEAVE WITH NOTHING!? AND YES I HAVE WORKED IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY THATS WHY I KNOW FOR DAMN SURE THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS! They genuinely do not care about customers or the quality of business they are running. It blows my mind how during such hard times you can take peoples hard earned money and not deliver the service that is supposed to be provided and then have the AUDACITY to be rude. As if you're entitled to my business. Absolutely NOT! I am not one to bad mouth a small business but I can not fathom in my mind how you think treating customers this way is acceptable on any level. And the icing on the cake is the manager "refunded me" by giving me 20 bucks for an over 40 dollar order. And for the troll who answered the phone, she was sitting in the corner and didn't even have the decency to look up, forget apologize.

This very casual restaurant has retro looking red chairs, and a black & white checkered floor. You order your food at the counter, & then waitstaff bring it to your table. The restaurant carries Boar's Head deli meats. My husband was pleased with the salad he selected. Their salads have a choice of 3 different greens, about 45 salad toppings, & 13 dressings. They offer some hot items from the grill, soups, & also serve breakfast as well. FYI, Sean Lee, the owner, is a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef. My only negative is that their paper napkins from wall dispensers are SMALL. If you tend to spill stuff on yourself when you're eating, their napkins won't offer much protection. Don't expect any atmosphere, but it's a decent place to stop for a sandwich or salad.
