Our eating experience there was great. We ordered their fish there it melted right in our mouth's it was so good. A very clean place, the employee's were very professional & helpful, and is kid freindly and do beleive it is wheel chair accessible but ya better hurry to check them out cause they are closing for good after several yr's of being open I believe 40 or 50yr's they have been there now that's saying something right!!! We will miss them & their great food & service. I wish them the best in future yr's too come. I believe their last day of being open is November 11th or sooner of 2022. Thank You & God Bless

I have eaten her for decades. The food is always top-notch, fresh, and tasty. It is so sad that they are closing. Their chowder and fish fries were/are fantastic! I have family that grew up here and moved...first thing they do when coming back for a visit is to go to Harbor House. They don't have anything close in Virginia or Oklahoma. They will certainly be missed!

Brought my girlfriend from down south to try a fish fry for her first time. I thought it would be an awesome experience for her but it was a disappointment overall. Half her fish fry fell on the floor upon paying at the register. We refused to pay thinking we’d get a fresh fried fish. So as she’s eating her half fish at full price they came to our table and gave her a piece that looked like the same size piece that fell off on the floor. I told my girlfriend that we’ll never set foot in this place again! Disgusting service!!if we can, it’ll be a Negative 5! Be careful what you order from there. We know for a fact that they picked up that piece from the floor and reheated it!

Just left harbor house after craving a fish and rings. Food was mediocre. Rings were fried to the point they all stuck together. One decent ring out of the bunch. Over cooked. Fish fry definitely got smaller since the last time we ate at this location. When using the condiment shelf, it was loaded with fruit flies. No joke! So no cocktail sauce for me. At that time i was completely grossed out... but I wanted the fish and rings for lunch. I proceeded to the booth with the picture hanging above me. At that time I began to watch the fruit flies accumulate on the painting. Enough was enough. Threw my food in the trash bin and I promptly left the building. I'm not one to complain but this was the worst fish fry experience I have ever encountered. I didn't want to disrupt their customers, many of which were senior citizens out for a nice lunch. But seriously people...doesn't anyone have any pride in their business anymore. Looking for a clean establishment with fresh fish and rings....go to Ted's just down the road.

Been going there for many years my go place for fish. Last night we ordered 2 fish dinners with rings. This morning we both agreed the fish was tuff and chewy. We will be back. Hope this not the way it will be. One poor visit happens.

Fabulous fried clams. Tasted very fresh. Good cole slaw, too.

Harbor house is hands down the best fish fry restaurant in the area in my opinion. The food is amazing and the customer service is equally exceptional.I would highly recommend Harbor house!???

The fish fry was very good. The onion rings were tough. My biggest complaint is that they charge .50 cents for tap water. I have not seen this anywhere else

This used to be the "go to" place for fish fries in Clifton Park. Very disappointing! Fish had an iodine taste, buns were soggy and onion rings tasted like they were fried in old oil. We were told they lost a step, but decided to try it ourselves. Their competitor a mile or so away is much better....AND cleaner!

They are cheaper than Ted's, and I think have better food. It's really the only difference between these two places. The owner also sponsors car shows and local events, and really cares about the community.

Walked in the door to place an order expecting to wait. Order came out immediately & that should have been our first que!Fish Fry was a small portion served in a bun. It was somewhat tasty but wont satisfy a large appettiteOnion rings were raw and uncooked & the batter had separated from the rings, meaning you either ate raw onion or the batter...... we did not eat!Fries were well dried out and had probably been under the heat for a long time, hence everything was ready to go when we arrived.Perhaps dine in is a different experience - We would not waste time and money on this franchise location again......

Food was fast, fresh and filling. Fish fry with onion rings and French fries. Yu.mmm with the added benefit of an antique car gathering( every Thursday evening) a must see. Loads of beautiful cars.. no pictures as my phone was dead. Next time though.lol

Changes being made, Pay for water, source girl behind the counter. Fish fry rolls now hotdog rolls, 1 1/2 inch shorter. Fish bread ratio was, 80% fish 20% bread. Now 60% fish 40% bread. With high bread comes even higher levels of oil. Now highest oil level in the area. (FAT) It looks like to me there trying to tell people in the area doors may be closing a true loss as it once was an excellent fish fry place. A former customer, 10 years.
