LaBella Pizza & Pasta has gone downhill fast. The past few times I’ve ordered from them they have done nothing but screw up my orders or have taken two hours to make a delivery. Tonight was no different and was my last ditch effort to try to get pizza. I called originally to place an order at 6:11 PM And they told me 30 to 45 minutes for delivery. I called a little after seven and they told me it just came out of the oven and it should be to me within 6 to 10 minutes. After waiting long enough I called at 7:40 PM and they told me that they were still backed up and that my food was just getting into the oven and should be to me in 30 minutes. When I told the guy I was getting irritated and pissed he told me that’s nice and hung up the phone, I called back and asked to speak to the owner and the cook got on the phone and started to berate me and tell me that I never called in at 6:11 to begin with. While I was on the phone with them for the fifth time tonight the driver showed up at my door and apologized for being late as he said, they’re way over booked and understaffed. To ad, food was cold!

Got takeout. Gave us a big box of food, we asked them to make sure there wasn't anything extra before we left the store. They said it was all ours. Got home, there was a salad. We figured maybe it came with the marsala dinner. Started eating, some man called and asked us to bring the salad back to the store as it wasn't for us! We said we were already eating, but they said they needed the salad back. Luckily it hadn't been touched, so we returned it. But, per food safety, they also shouldn't have taken food back and served it to another customer. Disgusting service. If they're so hard off they're harassing customers to return food after they're home and eating, they have serious issues. Will not be returning.

While I understand that small businesses are struggling with the current financial climate, this establishment brings a new meaning to the phrase ‘nickel and dime’. We purchased (4) slices for our family’s lunch and asked for plates and were told ‘no plates’; instead all of the slices were sacked on top of one another in our small box. The staff is rude, specifically the main woman (I believe her name is Lisa). There are many other pizza shops in the area who have better quality food and even better customer service. We will choose another place next time.

This is the best pizza ever! We get the vegetarian #8 and it's amazing! Great carriage, adjust the cheese to more or less. No frozen veggies! Soooo

It happened this holiday season that I was passing this Labella. Now I had known a Labella from years back when I lived in Waterford and used to love their food, especially the slices, so I stopped in. It did not disappoint. Huge tasty slices just like I remembered. I'm not 100% sure they are one and the same, but I was certainly intrigued. Fast forward a week or so and we were happy to see that Delivery was available to our home. AND, it was through the restaurant directly and not one of those common delivery apps that rob you blind. HUGE BONUS. Large pie and wings cooked crispy to perfection. Another big win. 3rd time trying for consistency and we got some subs. A hot, cold, some soup and a side of sausage. Everything was great. I love their sauce and honestly can't wait to try some of their dinners next. We have found our new go-to for Italian/Pizza shop food. Bravo Labella!

We have ordered delivery from Labella for several years. The last 3 orders, the food quality has definitely deteriorated. I didn't complain about the Stromboli that was misshapen with no filling to speak of. I didn't complain about the underdone wings that were overspiced. I called about the pizza with the burned crust. The person I spoke with, who claimed to have cooked the pizza was obnoxious and adamant the the pizza was cooked perfectly. He hung up. After my 4th phone call, he told me to bring it back and he would cook me a new one. We had company and even if we didn't, that is not why we pay for delivery. We will take our business elsewhere in the future.

I ordered 2 slices heated to go from a less than pleasant woman.The wait was over 15 minutes and then I was served them on a thin paper plate in a paper bag.Before I got too far a ton of grease had seeped through the bag and all over my car seat. When I opened the bag what was there was burnt and drenched in grease. It was inedible and I tossed it in the trash.I tossed $9 and had no lunch and a mess of grease on my leather carseat!NEVER would I recommend this establishment. EVER!
