Staff seem unclean as does the location. A staff member scratched their hair and then reached in my bag and move french fries around. When I asked them why they would do that they said because their not touching the fries just the container ?

Google says they close drive thru at 11pm. I place my order at 10 on the app and arrive at 1015 and I'm told the store is closed. Fix this miscommunication so I don't have to waste my time driving there

Ordered 2 double cheese burger meals with 2 cokes. Waited 20 minutes, they gave us the food and told us we had to wait for our drinks waited another 5 minutes and asked them if they can just give us the cups that we can serve them ourselves but was told they have to serve us the first cup, when we asked why not since every other place just hands us the cups, we were told "i dont know, thats just what they told us". By the time we got our drinks the ice was almost melted making them taste like watered down cokes. When we refilled the cups the coke tasted like nothing but carbonated water. I take a bite of my burger and they were cold! Almost 30 minutes waiting on food and drinks and it's cold and watered down and to top it off fries were over cooked making taste like and empty shell fry, there was no potato in the fry just a shell that looks like a fry. This reminded me of why I Don not patronize Mc Donald's anymore. It's tiring going to fast food places and waiting half hour for food that supposed to be fast.

I like to give the benefit of the doubt but in this case what a joke. my number 2 order never had a hash brown in it.My egg mcmuffin is raw and my ice coffee has four ice cubes in it. People are just lazy, no pride.

Second time in a row we’ve gotten nuggets from this store and we’ve gotten home to find they’re covered in black burnt bits from the oil. Last time we were there we witnessed a worker reach his bare hand into the fries and eat them multiple times. Will not be going back

Playland eating area was trashed- tables dirty, food all over the floors, and filthy Playland. Service took forever. Food was incorrect. Lemonade is now a "cafe" beverage like orange juice so it was $5 for 2 small lemonades... my children drank the lemonade and they were disgusting! Don't know if they were running out of the lemonade and it was watered down or something but Yuck! Didn't even bother trying to return/exchange the lemonade because it took us almost 25 minutes to get our food to begin with. Had to serve us in to-go bags even though we were eating in because they had no clean trays or table markers. Straight up just a hot mess. To top it off, the general manager was at the front counter taking the orders.

Very clean. Friendly staff. My daughter didn’t have socks, and wanted to use the play structure. The staff woman reached behind the counter and had a pack of white socks ready to go, and gave her a pair so she could play. It’s always nice when you go somewhere that’s so nice to kids!
The only thing you need to know in a McDonald's review is did they screw up your food here. 80% of the time it's a no.The food is terrible for you.

2/20/24 I didn't think this place could get any worse, but I was wrong! This Mcdonals should be closed by the mother company!Went twice in the past week around noon to get a milk shake and the machine was broke. Happens all the time! Then on second visit ordered a soda and they had no carbonated water!So had HIc orange and it looked like water and tasted like it.Someone needs to shut this place down!!!!!!! Let's face it, it's McDonald's! Poor service, the food is not very tasty. I only go there when there's no other viable options. Not really fast food anymore. A dying American past time.
