This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Moe's. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. It took forever to get rung out and there was only one person in front of us. They didn't wrap one of the burritos right and it was already cold by the time they put it in the bag of chips. Mostly likely will not be going back to this Moe's again.

I don't think I've had a good experience here in a long while..food is usually either stale, chickens burnt, they don't have something or haven't prepared for a "rush" of sorts. Some staff members seem like they care and others just creep along. Also, I don't think I've had a correct online order ever, it's usually completely wrong or someone else's meal. The floors and overall look of the restaurant is dirty, the salsa section is in shambles, this place needs an overhaul.

Employee clocked out and left literally in the middle of making my salad... I was speechless. Bizarre for sure. Employees that were there were very apologetic to his bad behavior. They deserve the 5 stars. Manager was great and comped part of our meal. Food was 5 stars. Great teamwork.

I used to be a big fan of this place but it seems like this Moe’s location has gone down the drain. Food quality is nowhere near what it used to be. Portion sizes have gotten so small and my previous 3 to go orders were made incorrectly. What a waste of money! The front line is usually dirty and disgusting with random food and toppings everywhere. Management either doesn’t care at all or their corporate team has gone completely hands off with their franchises. My son’s quesadilla (in the photo) was half empty and came with barely a dozen chips. His meal cost $17+ before his drink. Easy to say we will never eat here again.BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!

Great food, HUGE portions, for example the Moe meat bowl (great for tortilla chips) and the stacker, Staff is friendly, only complaint is the building itself needs some attention, many lights burned out, and some dust higher than the staff can reach. (I would think this to be a corporate issue) other than that, super good, SUPER FULL, and my wallet isn't emptied when we go there.... Thanks all!Parking: The spots are a little narrow, but overall plenty to go around. Just have to watch your doors...

This store used to be disgusting, very dirty, the food was horrible, and management was poor. Thankfully they have a new manager James he is great. He is friendly will cater to your needs, and makes sure his employees are doing there job. Floors and tables are clean, bathrooms are clean. Everyone says Moes thankfully this place is turning around. We love Moes. Definitely recommend if James is there.
