One person working. Slow service. She did not know how to make a Neba. It was a dry sandwich. I know she tried but she did not have enough experience. Every time I go to give them my business, they disappoint me. Why is there no experienced people working there?

So I cannot put into words how much I enjoyed everything from walking in the door to enjoying my sub. The Italian mix sub I got a not only delicious, but was ready super fast! The woman who made my food was sweet as pie and honestly may be one of the nicest most informative people I've talked to in the food industry. It really seemed like she enjoyed doing her job and I just can't say enough good things about this place/staff, it's going to be my new regular lunch spot for sure!TL;DR - Eat here, it's delicious and the staff absolutely rocks!

The kid who took my order made my sub with care, I haven't been able to have a mr subb sub in 5 years as I moved away and I missed it! It was dinner tonight and it was great. The tots couldve been a lil fresher though.

Don’t come here if you’re picking up for doordash. I’ve picked up from this location 3 times and each time I’ve had to wait at least a half hour. According to the woman behind the counter, “dashers are the last priority”. I’m picking up for a customer so they are their last priority too I guess. Multiple people walking in behind me are well gone by the time I finally leave. This loses me money and time and the rudeness is more than frustrating. I won’t be back as a dasher or customer. Horrible service

This Mr. Subb in Clifton Park is the best place to get a sub because of the staff. I go in their several times a week to combine my two favorite things. Food and laughter. You're already going in their for a great thing which is the food; and you fall in love with the witty banter, fast service and fun loving people on the staff. Never had a bad time or bad sub I highly recommend you try it and the tots. Top shelf.

Normally I love Mr. Subb and I give them 5 stars on average for fast friendly service and tasty subs. But this time for some reason there was barely any tuna on my sub. I go to Mr. Subb for the tuna because in my opinion it's the best around. When I got home with my sub and unwrapped it, for a second I thought maybe they forgot to put tuna on it because it felt like a bun with lettuce onions and cheese and no meat. I peeled back the cheese to discover a very thin layer of tuna almost nonexistent. I ate it and it was still tasty however I'm not full or satisfied like I usually am. I'm used to biting into the sub and having tuna squirt out the sides which can be annoying but its a good problem. it means they put a good amount on there. I did not have that problem this time. It's possible the worker was just rushing and didnt realise he barely put any tuna on since he was the only worker there, I placed the order online so I wasn't there when he made it. They always seem overworked when I go there which makes me feel bad for them. However if this was on purpose to save on food costs then I probably wont be going to Mr. Subb anymore. I shouldn't have to pay for double meat just to get a regular amount. I'm not mad at the worker I'm just disappointed with my most recent experience. The worker was friendly and professional. And my wife really enjoyed the neba and we both enjoyed the tots.
Best mixed italian in the Capital Region. Italian dressing with added fresh green bell peppers is simply exceptional ?.
