I fine the burger and hot chicken is better than mcdonald....price is about the same...Not sure why smash burger is not bigger and more successful, maybe because they don't have a drive through....Kid-friendliness: Kids menu,

Great place since years I've been occasionally stopping in to eat. Still great food, great service, fine atmosphere.

Good burgers and fries as always, although, variation in serving sizes per person for some reason. Ordered a regular size fries and so did the person I went with, yet, the amount of fries was noticeably different between the trays. Place could be cleaner, but all around, a solid stop for food.

The salad had a lot to it, but there was at least a half cup of wilted, slimy greens. The service was nice, but only ranch was offered for the salad. When I asked if there were other options, I was told about the condiments you would put on a hamburger. The place was clean and the burger was good-the brisket burger.

Girls at the front counter were beyond rude and unprofessional. Literally acted like 10 year olds throwing fits. First experience I’ve ever had and unfortunately my last. $30 dollars on good food, but WORST SERVICE I’ve ever witnessed anywhere in my life ??‍♂️

I’ll give this location because the food was good and it was hot and fresh, the girl at the counter (training) Autumn was her name was awesome! Where you should have been given ONE star was the way your trainees are treated. That poor girl at the counter looked like a deer in headlights, due to the rude and overwhelming kitchen staff, they should get a grip your making food not solving world problems! Those girls can probably have a job anywhere and they chose to work at your establishment. Word to the wise treat them better or you will most likely remain short staffed!

While we love the haystack onion rings and the Brussel sprouts, the last three times they've screwed up our burger orders. Not sure if they're having staffing issues but after seeing the confusion and lack of attention to detail, I'm done. Lots of other choices.

Excellent! The seasoning on the fries is a must-try experience. Chicken was piping hot, glistening with moisture and perfectly fried. Dipping sauces are great as well and having lactose-free options for milkshakes made my day. Afternoon atmosphere was calm and soothing, comfortable and impressively clean with a kind and helpful staff. Dude at the grill was fantastic and the girl at the service station was so kind. I'm sorry I can't remember their names (I'm bad with names but they did introduce themselves) but they were incredibly warm and friendly. Definitely coming back and will be sure to encourage others to stop at this location.

Very very disappointing. Went on Sunday 6:30 pm. They were closing at 7:00 due to short staffing. Took a long time to receive my simple order. Staff appeared flustered. Ran out of curly onions for my BBQ burger. Furthermore, the quality of both my burger and that of my wife was not even close to what we have come to expect .

I felt really bad for the shift leader. No avocado on my grilled chicken sandwich that I paid an extra $1.70 for. Gave us 2 regular fries instead of one regular & one smash fry. Saw he yell to them that they need to go in order that I was waiting 1st. Not even 2 mins later saw him put a fry on another order that was AT LEAST 10 mins after mine. Don't think I'll be visiting again!!!

Overpriced and not with it! The quality of the food isn't worth what the prices are. On top of that customer care is awful!! Slow, inconsiderate, lazy, zero sense of urgency. Horrible customer service today!!

I went there for the first time yesterday. My food came out very good and I was glad they had options for people with food allergies. What I would probably recommend to people is to go with the "double" versus the "single" - the amount of meat is significant more for only a small price difference and it does not become an overwhelming amount with sandwich size when you go with the double.

I'd recommend that your line cooks actually pay attention to the order while making it. My husband is lactose intolerant and placed an order and specifically noted NO cheese clear as day in the receipt. He gets it and it looked like it was dunked in a vat of American cheese and now he's without a dinner.
