Always a good experience, my drink was made literally in less than two minutes. I recommend parking and going inside at this location due to the very long drive thru line but they have a nice sitting area to wait

Waited on line for about 10 minutes even though I was the only one on line and no one ordered before me. When I finally received my coffee it was a sticky mess. On top of that, one of the employees said it was a “hard drink” even though they made it wrong. And to round it all off they forgot my egg bites. As a barista myself, I was highly disappointed.
Rude. No one at counter. Manager didn't even care.

Yesterday I ordered two hot coffee drinks. I swiped my card and by mistake swiped a Dunkin gift card instead of the Starbucks one and the girls was so rude about it and had to embarrass me in front of the other customers. Then while I was waiting for my two drinks she took three other customer orders and still hadn't started my order. I watched her make the drinks and she had extreme long fake nails and she grabbed each cup on the inside of them and with Covid that's not right. I told her she should put her fingers in the inside of the cups and she just gave me a nasty look. Usually my experience goes great there. There's a tall. Young guy that makes great drinks and has a great personality so I love when he's there.

It’s christmas day and all i want is a well made coffee but instead i got a drink half filled with almond milk and no caramel drizzle on top. I asked for caramel drizzle almond milk and for the drink to be put in the shaker. i asked for these three things specifically and you can’t dispute that.. because it’s all on the label on the cup. i came back to get them remade and the girl tried saying she shaked the drink but she didn’t. there was espresso and just espresso sitting on the bottom of the cup. still made like garbage. i asked for a brownie and you heated it up when i never even asked for it to be heated.
