what a disappointment, i ordered take out and arrived a few minutes early, i sat at the bar as nobody was manning the register. i was ignored for several minutes before being tended to, i patiently waited for me food to arrive which was about 10 min after the originally promised time, and than they told me the pizza would he 2 minutes! about 12 min later i inquired about the pizza and was told she will check, a few minutes later she hands me a refund for the pizza $ and says they messed it up! at this point i couldn’t wait any longer because the rest of the food was ice cold at this point, worst service i’ve had in saratoga

The atmosphere was great. We liked the food, but there was an issue. Two times we went there and each time they forgot to bring the order of my daughter. We had to remind them several times and Waite till they brought her food. My daughter won’t back there anymore.

I arrived just after another gentleman and we had both placed large online orders. We were told that the online orders "are not working". So do you have our food? No. Are you going to apologize for this? No. Any way to make this right? No. Could you put a rush on our food so we don't go home empty handed? No. Have you tried calling people who placed orders? No. Have you considered turning off the online system or posting a warning? No. Is the manager coming out? No. Will I ever go to this place again? No.

I truly wish there was a way to give no stars. This place was disgusting!!! Flat, warm drinks. Filthy bathrooms. Rude service staff. Food with minimal taste and served BURNT. I should've taken a picture to attach here. Staff couldn't have cared less that the food was burnt. On top of this horrible experience, they then overcharged us for items. Terrible place!!!

Very good food, and the atmosphere here is so cool I love it. I absolutely love seeing the giant turtles and wildlife in the pond. There’s this giant bird out there that hunts and eats pond fish every time I’m there. The ladies (have only seen lady bartenders/staff so far) are all nice here. Pizza and wings are well seasoned and flavorful. I like the sandwiches and salads I’ve had as well. They did have slow service at one point, around the pandemic... but the last several times I’ve been here, service was fast and food came out quick. I think they’ve improved a lot in that aspect.So good food, service, atmosphere, and genuinely nice staff = 5 stars for sure.

Pizza was some of the best we ever had, we got the Sicilian square cut. Great crust, cheese and sauce! However, the service was terrible. They are friendly enough, however, we had about 4 different waitresses and all of them didn't communicate and asked us multiple times for our drink orders, and brought us the wrong meal twice. When I asked for parmesan cheese on the side my waitress completely forgot. There was a wasp nest outside that wasn't taken care of and we relocated ourselves and moved the table as well. The menus were sticky and dirty. We will return for the food but will not expect good service. If the staff ever complains about tips, you know why.

This place has great potential but unfortunately the service was terrible. We waited an hour for one pizza and the server was not attentive. Pizza was good but definitely NOT worth the wait. I would not return.

Went here as we have passed it several times and just LOVED the outdoor area, situated on the water , a beautiful pond, and like a big gazebo in the middle to eat on. We asked to be seated outside, which the hostess promptly did. Unfortunately she gave us no menus or drinks. Waited a while and finally got up to ask for assistance. She said, that a server was right there and would be with us in one minute and the server said the same thing. 5 minutes passed and another server came by and was outraged that we had not been given menus or drinks. Then another server, Katie , came over, expressed concern over our plight and quickly brought us water and menus. She was pleasant, helpful and efficient. She took our orders and brought our meals fairly quickly. Everything Katie was involved with was done well and gracefully. The food was tasty with large portions. Even though we had been starving, we couldn't finish it. The outdoor gazebo is lovely. There is a large circular bar in the center of it with tables all around . A perfect spot for a party, I thought. There were tv's high up. It's a beautiful spot. Inside, the restaurant , is a large bar, booths, high tables etc. business was pretty brisk. I would recommend this restaurant, especially eating outside in the beautiful setting.
