Whenever you might imagine a popular time, the line is out the door! Worth the wait, just expect a bit of line. Reasonable costs and a good selection of brews, bagels, treats, and non coffee too.Parking: Majority of the convenience parking is shared with three other food/eatery places and a real estate place. Another food shop helps to fill in the spill over lot. Let's just say bring back carpooling!

Very busy. Staff was not the kindest unfortunately I was told to move out of the way very rudely by one while waiting for my beverage (it was tea so unsure of why it took 10 minutes)

Very consistent with their other two locations. To me, it wasn't as busy as the other two, so the customer service was a little better and friendlier because they don't have to just push you through. Looks very much like the original location near UAlbany and lots of space to study or remote work.
Best home town atmosphere with really tasty reasonably priced breakfast and lunches. Creative specials. A place where everybody knows your name.

Omigosh! The coffee was great. The bagels are perfect (wish we could mail order them!), and the service was friendly. We were so impressed with the coffee and bagels we bought more to bring back to Maryland.

We love coming here. It is a local staple. The food is good and the drinks are hot and tasty, however the staff is always sparky or condescending. This is at the albany and clifton park locations. I have never ordered here and felt like I wasn't being judged by the cashier. It is too bad really.

This place is conveniently located near a number of hotels in the area so it made a great stop when we opted to not eat breakfast at the hotel. It has some lot parking that it shares with other businesses including a Smoothie King. The offerings are primarily coffee and espresso drinks as well as bagels with cream cheese and various bagel sandwich creations with eggs and cheese. My love got a massive bagel with egg, cheese and ham and I opted for just an egg and cheese bagel. Service is quick- order at the register and wait for your order to be called out for pick up then proceed to choose some seating. They have a variety of booths and high tops. Looks like this is popular working/ studying site with a lot of college age folks on laptops. Interesting (local?) art work on the walls. Would definitely return here when staying in the area again.

Great location and atmosphere. The place was very crowded when I visited on a Saturday late morning but it was amazing how quickly everyone was served.Their coffee is carefully roasted and their bagels are a good choice.Staff is friendly and efficient.Definitely recommended.
