They only messed up half of our order.2 orders of bacon cheeseburger. No bacon. If you want anything other than ketchup you have to ask for it. Have to give them a break, they did remake the burgers. You do have to look gard to find the bacon.

We live close to this Wendy’s and have never had a good experience here. Last week I got a chicken wrap that the grilled chicken I was served was crunchy it was so old. We’re frequently missing items from our order. It’s in constant disrepair. I’ve always loved eating at Wendy’s but this place has ruined it for me. I’ll go out of my way to the Halfmoon or Latham locations if I want some edible food.

I think these remains one of the worst fast food places in the Capital district. The food is generally ok but the service is completely hit or miss. The restraunt is in a complete state of disrepair with broken drive thru displays, huge pot holes in the drive thru lane and a general appearance of a long neglected property.
