West end bagels was a Saturday staple for the longest time then they changed their ordering system and operating procedure and can’t make a sandwich correctly even after we went back in notified them it was completely wrong then they did it wrong again and the owner was standing right there and didn’t even seem to care or apologize for their mistake. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 5 different Saturdays and seeing the owner show zero care to how they consistently screw up orders is all I need to know about a business I will not be returning too

This place used to be great, but they changed their ordering system and it's made it chaotic, and inefficient....you wait forever now,and there are so many people waiting you can barely get in the place.....go back to the old way....this isn't working....bagels are still great though.

The bagels are the best in the area but some improvements can be made to improve wait times and customer service! Maybe have one person handle cream cheese orders so you don't have to wait for all the meat and egg sandwiches ordered before you and maybe teach the staff some soft skills. I literally watch one girl roll her eyes at a customer who kept being told "just another minute" for over 5 minutes. I've walked out of the store several times due to the insane wait time and ride teenagers working there.

Used to go there all the time. Over the last few months they implemented a new ordering system which has slowed it way down. Also seems to have high turnover , maybe new management. not my business but the service has suffered dramatically so I only stop in once a month or so, just don't have time to wait.

If you like waiting 25 minutes for your breakfast, this is the place for you. Also, they changed their ordering process which actually is now MORE chaotic. No rocket scientists work here that’s for sure. I feel like I’m at Six flags with all the ropes. You’ll need to block out a good hour of your day if you want to eat here. Maybe there is a video on YouTube showing me how to navigate this Minecraft scene. I actually didn’t even get my food today because I stood at the register that said “ORDER HERE” trying to order but then was told this isn’t the line to order LMAO. I just left and won’t be back. Y’all should put the time you put into replying to customers on google reviews, into improving your processes instead.

Just waited 30 minutes for one toasted bagel with cream cheese just to receive a cold soft bagel… incredibly disappointed and will not be going back. I understand Saturday mornings are busy but if I am waiting that long I expect to get what I paid for.
Amazing bagels. Delish cream cheese. Great coffee. Ambiance and their support of local art is amazing !

The service and staff here is hideous. Nothing but attitude from staff that are highly disorganized and frazzled over bagels.I bought 3 COLD bagels, a bagel with cream cheese and a regular coffee. I waited 10 minutes for my order only to be handed my bagel with cream cheese. When I said my order wasn’t complete I got straight attitude as though I was “getting over” on them. Handed a straw to stir coffee and was told “that’s the best we got” after attitude asking for a stirrer.This establishment is a complete joke. First and last time I’d spend a dollar here.

Disappointing. Took nearly 30 minutes of standing in a confused crowd to get 3 bagels. I was about to leave without my order to go order at Uncommon Grounds instead. When we finally got them, the order was wrong (cream cheese not on the side as ordered, bagel not toasted). An incredible model of inefficiency. Bagel itself was decent and cream cheese very good, but won’t return simply because of the absurd ordering process. We were not the only ones having issues.
