So I don’t usually do reviews but this is just plain disgusting, what happened to standard? You wouldn’t be able to tell but this is a fish sandwich, the cheese is so burnt it’s brown and black. The sandwich itself is just simply unedible, unfortunately this is one of the four places you can eat on campus with not all options available at all times. This is what we are being served and apparently it’s okay! I will not be coming back
I just moved to Cobleskill a month ago and I'm so thankful for Coby's. It's a great alternative to campus food, and a meal that costs about $10 only costs 1 meal swipe. They are only open during the week and get very busy around lunch time, so call ahead if you can - the line is sometimes out the door. Within the past two weeks, I've tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch, Pesto Chicken, and Caprese sandwiches. All of them are very tasty and fresh, but the Pesto Chicken had to be my favorite...read full review
