This is a local authentic Chinese restaurant. I like that this place had a special lunch menu that includes an entree with rice and choice of soup or soda. I was feeling something fried so I went with common Chinese dish: salt and pepper fried pork chops. The pork chop was fried to a nice golden color. The green pepper and fried onions complimented the crispy texture of the chops. With each bite of pork chop, I would have a scoop of rice so the pork chop wasn't just salty. And the fried onions and pepper were really good over rice. Definitely a choice for lunch.
