Exceptional food, very kind staff, constantly awesome mood. They charge affordable prices and the food quality is excellent. I recommend this place.

The menu and service were above our expectations. I really loved the ambience of this spot. Extraordinary restaurant to take the family out for dinner.

I've been coming to this location since it opened, I don't know what changed internally in the past two years, but customer service and food have become a coin toss which keeps landing on "bad" more often than not. I've had to wait over 40 minutes for 3 dishes when there were only two other tables in the whole restaurant. I've had a waitress roll her eyes and snatch our parking ticket when we asked her to validate our parking (which THEY advertise at the parking lot when you come in), dirty utensils, and of course, the always in a bad mood wait staff. Despite all this, we continued to give them a chance because it was convenient when shopping and the food was decent. On Sunday 6/3 we finally decided that we had given this establishment enough chances. It took more than 5 minutes to sit us, despite the fact that the place was half empty. Fine, we don't mind waiting a bit. Then when we sit, it takes another 10 minutes for the waitress to come around and introduce herself. She didn't even apologize and just asked if we were ready to order, which we were. Our drinks came first, but they forgot the water and apple juice for the kids. We reminded her about it and she left. Food came, as we're eating, again, we remind her again that we need a glass of water and the juice, she leaves. She came back ten minutes later with the juice, but no water. My mom's ribs were burnt, the entire rack, burnt and dry. The sauce was just added on top so she ate dry, saucy, burnt ribs. Gross. My husband ordered the steak medium rare, he got a dry piece of meat. I got the cheese pasta with the tenders (forgot the name) and it tasted like they just threw the honey bbq chicken tender sauce on the pasta and added sugar and bacon. I couldn't even finish it, nor did I wanted to take it home. As an appetizer, we got the buffalo wings, and again, they were just dry! The waitress never came to check on us, we finally got our water 10 minutes before we left after reminding her 4 separate times, and we never got a chance to order a damn refill on our soda because, again, the waitress was off doing who knows what. There was plenty of wait staff, and again, the restaurant was half empty on a Sunday, but I'm just convinced that management does not care. The food is gross and they don't even bother making it presentable, and the wait staff is always in a bad mood (if you sit by the kitchen you'll hear them complain about every table they serve, so rest assured, they're complaining about you too). It's just really disappointing because this used to be a great place for family gathering, and a really nice stop before/after shopping. I've visited other Applebees and they've had much better service and food, so it's just THIS particular one. The Pizza Hut at the Target has better service at half the price, I'll be taking my coins there instead.

Some staff did not give the impression they wanted to be there; lack of smiles, eye contact, attitude, missed basic service, etc. Menus were dirty. As with other Applebee's there was a variety of food. Product was fresh, although the salmon was quite dry. Music was too loud and not chosen for the age group of most of the patrons.
