What a disappointment they sent me a very burnt chicken and I asked for juices and they left them too sweet :(

I asked if they served cholados and the lady said yes with an attitude, I asked her for two she gave me a straight face and rolled her eyes ? Isn’t it her job to serve people , I work in the food industry as well and I would never ever do that to nobody , no matter if I’m having a horrible day ! I don’t understand why they hire people like her ! Lost a costumer

The food at this restaurant is delicious. You can tell the people who work here take pride in feeding and servicing the community. My favorite meal is the rice and beans with chicharrones and the tres leche cake is to die for. Excellent service and excellent food. I would recommend to all of my friends and family.

Good food, very good service. I recommend them.. ?.. The preparation of the food is excellent but the tax costs are excessive and there are times you don't feel like going to the place to eat...

The food is very delicious but the taxes are very expensive and they charge you 15% more, even a glass of water is charged and the containers that are free in other restaurants are also charged there for two regular breakfasts. 50 dollars is a maccia

I had a very bad experience, with the manager, of the Sabor Restaurant & Bakery, located in, College Point, N.Y. The manager that I had a problem with, is named, Cristiana. I had a complaint, regarding one of the employees, in the restaurant. When I called the manager, Cristiana, regarding the matter, she promised me, that she would call me back, so that I could discuss the issue with her, with a resolution, afterwards. Instead of calling me back about my complaint, Cristiana, completely ignored me. I waited for days, to receive a callback from her, and never did. When I reached out to Cristiana, via, text to follow up with discussing my complaint, she again, ignored me, purposely! This is no way, for a manager, to behave. Instead of addressing my complaint, Cristiana, made the decision, to completely ghost me, with no intention, of ever getting back to me. I told her, I had a complaint about an employee, and instead of handling the matter professionally, Cristiana, just completely ignored me. I want to mention again, that I did reach out to her via text, more than once, regarding why I never heard back from her, and Cristiana, ignored ALL of my attempts to follow up, with my complaint. So basically, her actions showed, that as a manager, she does not care, about customer complaints, nor does she address them. For whatever her reasons were, Cristiana, ignored me, on purpose, which is beyond, rude, and unprofessional. It's also, a very immature way, to behave. I don't recommend, for anyone, to go to this restaurant. The manager, Cristiana, was very mean, and awful, to me, and I want everyone to know, about the sadistic mean streak to her personality, that she clearly, has. My advice, choose another restaurant, in College Point, N.Y.

My family and I really like this spot. They have food variety and the Colombian food is authentic. I love their calentado and theirs soups. In my opinion, this is the best ( taste wise) Colombian restaurant in College Point.
