Sal's Pizza and Italian Kitchen is actually quite awesome. Great menu, Great atmosphere, Great service, and Great friends! After looking at the reviews I ordered Chicken Parmigiana, and it was so fantastic, it is now my favorite dish. Service was fabulous and everybody working here was incredibly nice and generous. I will most definitely be returning to Sal's Pizza and Italian Kitchen.

So my husband and I decided to grab a pie for dinner. We couldn't decided on the place. We've recently have been ordering from Nonna Delias but my husband was like let's try Sal's? When we first moved to College Point ( few years back) this was the the spot, pizza was always good, eggplant parm delicious...not sure what happened. Tonight we decided to get half buffalo and half cheese....I mean 26 dollars for an 18" you'd think you be getting a freshly made pie. NOPE, instead we got this! 4 buffalo chicken slices reheated (obviously) and 4 slices cheese. I'm Sorry but if I'm ordering a pie I expect it to be fresh, not reheated. I understand if you're trying to get rid of some slices but burnt! No excuse, to top it off when my husband called to order, the guy on the phone was very rude. Listen I get it. With the whole pandemic people just trying to make a buck but COMON don't serve garbage and play it off as quality. Definitely lost a customer here!

I had oder a pizza BBQ chicken wings and a French fries was too difficult to eat especially chicken meat is dry like eatinga plastic of my feeling is only five minutes away from the store back fries has soft to do I have to get the oven and bake for a few minutes to eat and pizza is surprisingly bad is not the first time we take-out here seems to be not the same as before ok later would rather go away will not come here again

I order from here all the time and I always get the baked ziti, bbq wings, and a whole pie. The baked ziti is perfect and I would not change anything about it. The BBQ wings are a bit too sweet for my taste but nevertheless a great appetizer. I sometimes get the calamari and it’s pretty good but sometimes it comes soggy. The pie is great as well. The prices are getting higher but it is still worth it.

I never ordered from this place. I figured let me give it a try. Tried to order a personal Lasagna with a $5 coupon. Mentioned in the comments of the order that I had a nice tip for them. Order was cancelled in seconds and refunded on Grubhub. No call or explanation. People told me this place sucked and I did not want to believe it. Stay away and go to Whitepoint instead.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but man when I tell you this was some horrible customer service, I’m not kidding you. I simple tried to make an order at 2:20am and they close at 3. I was put on hold for 20 minutes, then guy kept hanging up And it was already 3 and it was too late. What a shame. Doesn’t even deserve one star!

I completed an order on two separate occassions via grub hub and seamless. While waiting for my delivery, Sal's Pizza cancelled my orders for no reason. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Don't waste your time.
