Food was good. The mini size of the deep dish pizza was a little small, but it left room for dessert! Also had a pizookie I shared with my brother and it's a good size for two people to share...forgot to take a photo before it got devoured lol. Waitress was fast and attentive. Music was a little too loud. Hallway to bathrooms wasn't lit and the women's restroom was away from the doorway and the light of the rest of the restaurant so it was super dark.Parking: In a strip mall so there's a decent amount of parking but it wasn't busy when we were there, might be more difficult if more people are trying to park.

Great atmosphere, pour service at first. We sat as a party of 4 and waited 22 min before one of us went and asked for service.. only at that time we got service.. food was good and the service we got after was ok.

The bartender was great, the food was disgusting , and the place is filthy, and when i say filthy, i mean, it has not been cleaned in i have no idea when. Sit at the back of the bar and look at the pos system , the bottles and registers, covered in filth, can't imagine what the kitchen looks like

don’t think we could’ve experienced a worse dining experience than we did here. Today 3/24, my boyfriend and I arrive at BJ’s brewhouse on Wolf Road in Albany at 7pm there were multiple tables open, we were told it would be 45 minutes before we were sat, we went online to the BJ’s website and made us an online reservation and the wait was 10 minutes, we were then seated in about five to ten minutes, the other 2 people of our party had arrived at 7:20. It took until 7:45 for our server to come and take our drink order and apologize for the wait. We ordered our appetizers once our drink showed up around 20 minutes after we ordered them, we place an order for appetizers, we ordered two pretzels, small salad and chips and dip, the two pretzels and salad came out in about 20 minutes, the chips and dip took about another 20 minutes to arrive, so as we were finishing with our appetizers, another person in our party was just receiving theirs. As the last appetizer arrives we place our entree order. Two filet mignon, chicken sandwich with brussels sprouts, and a soup. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. our steaks were well overdone, we never received the brussels sprouts, we also never received an alcoholic beverage that we ordered an hour prior and the food was just overall very poor. At this point we want to order desert to go because we are just so fed up but looked foward to the pazzuki cookies. The waitress takes one persons order and then leaves and doesn’t return until we flag her down 20 mins later to finish taking our order. Now it’s about 9:20 and we just want to leave. We have asked for the check numerous times as other tables have came and gone as we are just sitting there. Not to mention the waitress tried telling us that the desert we wanted wasn’t available in the size we wanted it (which it is it’s shown in picture form on the menu!). We look up our check on the online app and after removing our steaks the bill is 109.00. The Brussels sprouts were $7.00 and not removed. I addressed itwith the waitress as she handed us a paper copy after 6 times of asking. Now I’m expecting a bill to come back as 102.00 after removing the missing food. It comes back 2 dollars cheaper at $107.00 and we notice that now all of a sudden we are billed for “sparking mineral water”. Appearantly that was the 1 cup of tap water we received and over the course of 3 hours there never was able to get a successful refill as well as any of the rest of us. Truley just disappointed. We didn’t leave till a little after 10pm. After waiting 3 hours for such terrible food let alone service you’d thing the manager would come forward or have some items comped off the bill for the inconvenience and or not receiving items but lesson learned we will never be dining there again.

This place is a standard chain restaurant. I appreciate that the calorie counts are posted on the menu and there are a variety of GF options available. We came here with a large party and even though we made a reservation in advance and the restaurant knew to expect us we waited an hour for our food. When it finally arrived it was quite good, but all in all it took us 2.5 hours to get through lunch. Sadly I wont be returning here for lunch on a weekday.I didnt get to have a beer while here, but did check out the varieties. There were 3 dark beers on tap but that was it. Not much variety in the dark beer selection despite it being dark beer season is a little sad. IPAs are overrated. Prices were also a little high for a chain.Vegetarian options: There are clearly marked vegetarian options but not alot of variety.Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten free menu!Parking: Lots of free parking available

I was in there on 26 March about 7 o’clock and the young woman working the bar mademe want to leave as soon as she talked to me I asked her for a menu and she gave me a very annoyed attitude I could tell she was very overwhelmed so I left and got a bite somewhere else

So foods great and everything I just have to say that every server in this establishment is (respectfully) attractive beyond comprehension and because of this I was able to get over my year-long situationship so thanks for the mac and cheese balls I had a great timeKid-friendliness: The kiddo loved the waiter, he was very kind and funny and made her birthday a really fun time!

Super disappointed today.Service was not great as I waited 20 minutes for water (brought over 1 of 2 for 2 ppl). We ordered a pzookie and it didn’t come out until 30 minutes later and it was completely RAW. Took one bite and could not eat the rest. The waiter even suspected it because he asked us if it was raw and said the cinnamon roll either comes out raw or overcooked. I didn’t get compensated back for the pzookie we didn’t even eat. Took 20 minutes to get the check and then had to track the server down to pay after another 15 minutes went by. I just am disappointed more so in how long it took for a RAW pzookie to come out and not even being compensated for it after.
