They mess up every single time I’ve tried to get coffee here then argue with me when I tell them they forgot the syrup or sugar or cold foam etc. Always a diff problem but never made right! and it stinks cause it’s less then a mile from my house so it was convenient but I can’t keep throwing my money away

This used to be my favorite Dunkin because they were so nice and didn't mess up the drinks. Today broke that streak for me-ordered the iced spiced cookie coffee. I have ordered this in the past, so I know it comes with 3 shots of brown sugar cookie syrup, 3 vanilla shots and oatmilk. Which is sweet enough I order it without cream/sugar. When I got to the window the iced coffee was black and only said brown sugar cookie syrup. I remained polite as I tried to explain it wasn't correct both the guy at the window and girl making drinks said it's what you ordered. Just say you don't know how to make the drinks?! I just asked if he could add cream and a splenda vs. Arguing because I hate being that person. He glared the whole time and then snottily advised me to next time order it with cream and sugar if that's what I wanted. I'm proud of me for not throwing it at his face. A little rant since I didn't choose violence. Warning to all deep breaths and order slow and simple!

This place is not customer friendly. No customers in the store but the girl behind the counter did not acknowledge. I was standing there while she was busy doing who knows what. I saw that it wasn’t busy so I ran in to get a couple donuts for my grandchildren and it took 10 minutes to get my order.
The people who work there dgaf about anything. Their attitudes they had with me was unnecessary and they just don't care about working I guess. My bacon was cold and covered in solid grease and it was pretty much inedible unless u like eating lard. The only thing that was kind of warm was my wrap.

I order the same item every time. They seem to *ALWAYS* stuff it up. I ask for an addition of whipped cream, and caramel, which the workers TAKE THE TIME TO CHARGE YOU FOR. So I mean, with that said, if they want to lick corporates boot in such a way every damn time, trust me I get a reciepet, but THEN proceed to on, forgetting a simple, yet crucial/requested add on to an order well, that's just terrible service. And you people think yOu dEsErVe tO bE pAiD mOrE...*MORE*???? H0H that's verryyy funny....

This place is ridiculous, can't even take an order.. How do you expect to get the correct food.. Common sense is needed just a little bit just to serve coffee.. Please somebody help these people

Three cars were asked to pull aside to Wait for their food. We only ordered a bagel and cream cheese. We waited 15 minutes. The order came out wrong. Had to go back in and wait another 5 minutes for them to make another bagel that they burnt. And there were no napkins in the bag. No matter how many people you have pulled aside, the line is still at the window. Just make each order one at a time and get it right the first time. Then you wouldn't have a backup of angry people getting the wrong food.
