I went to moes on April 4th. I waited in line for a half hour. As soon as they went to take my order they informed me they were out of rice… then told me I had to wait another half hour because they had to fill out online orders. I went to the shop physically and I feel like my business should be more important than an online order. I like this place but will never again go there with the current staff they have.

No apology and i have ice cream melting in my car. i could’ve showed up hours from now and they wouldn’t have started. update they forgot my sauce i went back to get and still no apology. garbage business.This business cant be saved need to rehire entire staff and start over

Moe's Southwest Grill's revenue was over $900+ MILLION dollars last year and they have the gall to charge you $18.88 for a burrito (extra guac, I shouldn't have splurged) and a small drink and then ask you to tip? PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER! If you made $900 million last year and I have to pay your employees for giving me over priced food then what are you doing with the money? Prime example of corporate greed.

This might be it for Moes for me. It’s one of my favorite places but no matter what location I go to the place has no idea how to run a business. Chips were cold and stale, service was slow, they were out salsa at the salsa bar and took 10 minutes after asking to refill it. It’s a shame because the stack takes pretty good but the place is so messy it almost crosses the line into gross

I don't usually leave reviews on Google but I'm just leaving Moe's now and has such a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, made an ordinary dinner extraordinary. Highly recommend this
The place is nice and the employees are generous but the quality of the food has gone down immensely. Today I got a kids burrito with just black beans and cheese and they gave me enough but there are also green pepper chunks mixed in with the black beans now? The tortilla was also hard and the food wasn't warm, I started eating right after getting the food. It also tastes like no one has changed the fryer oil for the chips in around a month. They also have a large selection of drinks but most of the options are usually unavailable. Also directly after covid/during they prepackaged the salsa and they stopped doing that. There are loads of cross contamination and I feel my previously favorite food chain has gone downhill, I rarely write bad reviews and am not picky but I am very disappointed that I paid 6.47 for a tiny burrito containing beans and cheese and the food was stale.

Idk why people eat chipotle when Moe's is an option. This location definitely has the best chips, most places skimp on the salt. The salsa bar is awesome (sweet cherry salsa slaps). Had to skip lunch at work today and came in starving and they took great care of me.
