“i love this dunkin'! i used to work at the miller's down the road, and i would work a LOT of doubles. I'd order on the app and stop in before my opening shift, and the manager (i never got her name but she had blondish/dirty blonde hair) would always greet me with a smile and a "have a nice day!" and it would genuinely make my day. She was seriously the sweetest and i miss her (i don't go in early anymore so i have no idea if she's still there). I've never had my order be incorrect and never encountered a rude employee. Even though i no longer work down the road, this is still the only dunkin' i'll go to. Way better than the one near mcdonald's on vanderbilt. My coffee is always correct, the food is always good (i used to order the same thing before my double shifts, hash browns and a beyond sausage wake up wrap or sandwich) and sometimes they'd even give me extra hash browns! Always made me feel special and definitely helped me get through those doubles. When looking at the recent reviews with one star, keep in mind we're still in a pandemic and many people in this area are rude asHELL to food service workers. (i would know, i lived it). Treat people with kindness, that's all.“
“I've used this location twice. Once it took a while to order. So the second time I did a pick up order.I made sure to give extra time for them to make it before arriving. I grabbed my coffee and a few minutes down the road I realized I paid for food and it was never ready next to my drink. Partially my fault for not paying more attention but given the amount of time I gave I'm assuming they forgot it. The coffee did taste very good both times though.“
“My favorite Dunkin/Baskin! The people who work here are ALWAYS very nice especially the guys at night. The make the BEST milkshakes... “Customer service: friendly & quick, asked questions to clarify customers orders. They greeted customers warmly, they clearly knew some frequent customers. Small sitting area with 5 tables pushed close together. From the outside I wasn't even sure they had any tables so I was pleasantly surprised. It's easy to breeze by the parking lot on Commack Rd. So watch cause you can only enter the lot through the side by DD.“
“Best dunkin ever. Always makes the drinks right, not too bitter or too sweet. Everything about it is really good! I usually don’t do reviews but the service and the staff are fantastic. Come here practically every morning and on weekends occasionally, staff always greets me with a smile and not just the morning staff, the evening ones are great too! Not a lot of Dunkin’s out there with great staff and great way of preparing drinks but this one is. 10/10 recommend!!“

“First time at Duck Donuts today. There were so many choices! It took us a while to decide. Got 2 donuts and 2 breakfast sandwiches. And a frappe. Everything was so delicious! The guys behind the counter were really helpful (and patient). It was pretty cool watching them prepare your food while you wait. The donuts were warm and cooked perfectly! And the sandwiches were really good, especially with their maple drizzle on top. Highly recommended! And I will definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: They had little duck toys for the kids, which they loved.“
“Co-branded with Bolla! Excellent deal on a large coffee with fuel purchase of $20 or more. Coffee was fresh and made to order. They have a drive thru for super convenience. Bakery items include freshly made donuts, croissants, egg sandwiches, etc.. Staff is pleasant. Other locations in Suffolk with this concept expanding. Worth the trip plus the gas prices next door (15 second walk) tend to be the best around.Wheelchair accessibility: Two reserved parking spaces with centered easement.“
