Gabby and Molly were awesome!! I had guests from out of town and I told them about my guests and they made bowls to impress!! They were all smiles, kind and provided great service!! I drove far to get these for my guest…glad I came to this location. THANKS GABBY AND MOLLY!!

DO NOT GO HERE if you’re trying to get humiliated and treated poorly. I was there on the morning of march 13th and the hispanic girl was absolutely horrible to me. She should not be working with customers with her hostile and berating attitude. She was snappy and incredibly rude to me for asking for nut free granola immediately after I paid, she got mad since she had already made the bowl then proceeded to throw the bowl into the trash, my bowl was made with soggy fruits and it seemed rushed. Working directly with people is definitely not the job for this rude person. I used to frequent this establishment but after this incident I don’t think i can ever go back there again. very dissatisfied and disappointed. I would’ve asked for a refund but I was already late to work.

i got there at 8:05 , had to be to work but wanted to stop for something, walked up to the door and went to open it and whoever was working threw up their hands and waived no, so why say on the door you open at 8? and then get all mad? first and last time cause i can tell the staff already isn’t kind..

Went there yesterday for an açaí bowl. Service was good. Bowl was very bland and there were ice chips in the açaí. I don't write reviews, but it was the worst açaí bowl I've ever had. Keep in mind, I've only had a dozen or so in my life, but still! Not worth it.

I placed an order through a phone call. The lady answered and she was so incredibly rude. All I wanted to do was just order one regular sized açai bowl. She never asked me for a size or anything. I walk in to pick up my order and she is sitting on the floor, and then proceeds to use her hands to get up from the floor, and then touch my food. once I ate my açai bowl it was barely blended. I had ice chunks in it. The granola had whole pieces in it and the strawberries were all basically mashed up and brown/purple. This was a terrible açai bowl that I had. I don’t recommend the Commack location.

On 8/10/2023 I placed ordered a mobile order, with added on toppings on one of the two bowls that I ordered. Neither of the bowls were labeled and the added on topping was not visible in either of the bowls unless it was going to be dug through. One of the two people who this was meant for is DEATHLY ALLERGIC to the added on topping, so a call was made to the store and the worker who answered the phone said that someone needs try both bowls and figure it out myself even though there is an allergy. Then the nasty assistant manager Kelly rudely spoke to me because I was upset about the situation and trying to make sense of it, continued interrupting me and hung up on me. I would NEVER reccomend this store to anyone if that’s how the staff deals with a situation that they created. What kind of business doesn’t label the containers they’re sending out if the item doesn’t have the exact same ingredients in it? These employees are rude and unprofessional.
