Laura was extremely rude. First of all, she lied and told me she was the head supervisor of the store. She gave me the biggest attitude when I kindly came back to have my drink remade. When I asked for a remake, she questioned me and said the drink couldn’t be remade because she knew oatmilk was used and not 2%. I ended up having to drive to a different location to have it remade, usually I let mistakes slide but im extremely allergic to dairy. Do better.

If I could give this place a zero I would . We waited for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged or served . When I said to my husband that they should have someone greeting the customers in the store instead of focusing only on drive through customers, an irate woman leaped up from staring at her cell phone with her feet up on the chair. She angrily said “Ok Ok i’ll end my break early and help” When I told her I wasn't speaking to her She started yelling at us - I asked for her name she said it was “Maddie” who claims she is a manager- She was so loud angry and volatile we ended up walking out as did the poor gentleman in back of us- This store needs a new manager and some serious training in how to treat customers . . An absolute disgrace to Starbucks - Willbe following up with a call to central office.

Laura has the most nasty attitude I have ever encountered. It was like talking to a brick wall with her. She’s stuck up, ugly inside and out, and has the most sickening and teeth pulling voice I’ve ever heard. Every Starbucks I go to I always have a good experience with the baristas. Laura makes me never want to step foot into a Starbucks again. What happened to being nice?! This store seriously needs to do something about that witch and put her in place. Even better, fire her. You will never receive a penny of my money again Mayfair Starbucks.

Went here to get coffee and the woman Giovanna was excellent. She was sweet and even told me how to order a drink I like, so they will make it a little different for me to enjoy. She went above and beyond. Love this location and the staff working there are amazing. Thank you to the staff and especially Giovanna! :)

The Starbucks is a Starbucks but this parking lot is the absolute worst. It's constantly backing up onto the highway. I don't recommend parking here at busy hours because it'll take you a while trying to get back out of the spot.

Well, most everyone loves coffee. When coffee is made well, it is quite enjoyable. But because Starbucks has its own unique flavor, it became one of my favorite places to have it. Also, theirv e g e t a r i a n Impossible Breakfast Sandwich is another unique tasty treat... Its vegan sausage patty is extremely tasty and is healthier than its counterparts. Well done, Starbucks!As the French say, "Vive la difference!" ?

Only taking off a star because the small size of the drive thru often spreads out onto the street, which is a main road. they need a bigger lot, or 2 checkpoints for ordering.

Whether your looking for a quick coffee or sone where wonderful to sit and get some work done. The atmosphere and coffee is well worth the peace if mind. I was getting my phone fixed down the road and decided to kill time here. It was calming and the people are well mannered. The staff are so helpful and attentive. I always have such a unique order that no one can get right but they did it without any concern!I recommend the chai tea latte, with oat milk. Sometimes I get it with almost milk, but I noticed it clumps up with almond milk.The wood finish on the counters and tables are somewhat rare to find these days in Starbucks, this particular Starbucks is obviously more modern and less neglected. I will probably make this one of my regular Sunday spots.

I come to this Starbucks every day on my way to work and my order is always correct, staff always greet me good morning and check in with people who need help finding their order. The inside is also always incredibly clean. And I've never had a bad experience with the coffee or food. In fact it's usually sitting in a to go bag with a smiley face on it before pickup time

Worst Starbucks around, I avoid it at all costs. Employees are horribly rude. Almost all of them. Drinks are usually not made correctly, and not filled to the top. The parking lot is made so you’ll have to walk directly through the cars on the drive through line, and the drive thru line takes 25 minutes sometimes. This line also goes right out on to Jericho and people just wait in the middle of the road causing a traffic concern. My advice, drive 5 minutes up the road to Commack rd or Henry st.
