First time there. I would go back again. Went for a friend's birthday. The wait time was all of 5 minutes. Our waiter was really nice(nick). We started off with fried calamari, an apple martini, and a fuzzy leprechaun drink. The portion was a good amount. Now, for the main dish, I ordered the shrimp scampi and riblets with yams and collared greens . The greens were okay, a little spicy, and had a little too much vinegar. But overall, it's not bad. This was my family’s first visit and we will def be back! There was a very warm and cozy vibe. Staff was extremely nice! The food was delicious and the portions are def generous for the price. My kids loved the new kids menu too. Highly recommend!!
I came to Spare Rib on Sunday, February 18, 2024. I have not been here for a while. I was met by our waiter/server Brady. He was phenomenal. Brady is a soft well spoken, polite young man who is very considerate. I asked him his opinion on Martini’s and Menu suggestions. Brady knew the menu very well and made the suggestions to satisfy me.
