Foods good. I got the Texas toast burger... Which was good, the Texas toast part wasn't that great... Ususally I associate Texas toast with garlic butter on it.. This one was little stale no butter... Wish I got a regular bun... But the rest of it was very good. The ladies bartending was nice but they did talk amongst them self a good bit with alot of vugar and loud talk ? I think we caught them on a bad day... The bar was a fairly empty when we got there for lunch.

Fun low key tavern. Food was good, they had a special my friend loved, a Stoup. Great service. Highly recommend.

Ever been in a place and said "yeah, this feels right"? That's Woodhull. If Frankie is behind the bar it's even better. Place is clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to calm down after you've had a day. It's a combination of a local bar and a spot you can bring your kids to for dinner.

I want to say amazing things about this small, nice looking neighborhood bar in Commack, however other than the atmosphere, as I just described and nice staff, unfortunately, there are issues. First and foremost, the prices are very steep! They have a small selection of tap beers and a larger selection of bottled beers. At the time of my visit, I was drinking tap beer at 8 dollars a pint. I was here during “happy hour” (4-7pm) and the beer specials were PBR cans or Miller Lite bottles for 3 dollars. These are very very sad happy hour specials! As far as food, I felt they had a nice mixture of menu options. I ordered a wrap that tasted amazing, however the fries were definitely reheated and tasted disgusting!Yeah, I know it’s been tough on small businesses, but keep in mind it’s also tough on some of the people that patronize them. Can’t do the neighborhood bar thing with NYC prices and again to stress the point; the happy hour specials are terrible!

The fish and chips was great! Heinekens chilled, the way I like them…Neighborhood bar/pub with no stress! Going to try to catch some Live music and do a Girls Night out! There will be a Follow-Up!
