“I had originally tried the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich that a coworker brought me and was completely blown away by how good it was. I recently drove from Rockland to get this sandwich with my girlfriend and found out it was actually a seasonal menu item. I opted to try the Thai Fried chicken sandwich and the Green Goddess Chicken Salad BLT instead and both were equally as fantastic as the Buffalo. I would easily try other things on their menu because I know how good it will probably be considering everything I have tried. The Banana Pudding was phenomenal as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area or are looking for a reason to go explore and try something new. Please bring back the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tried!“

“Don't judge a book by its cover, lesson for me today. When I walked in, I thought I was in a place that was maybe going out of business. The deli counter didn't have the usual display of foods, cold salads etc, you see in a deli. The chest freezer was basically empty. A friendly guy took my order for a grilled chicken salad and I had low expectations. A friendly lady chatted with me and rang up the order. It's actually a BEAUTIFUL salad with gorgeous fresh ingredients, very high quality, perfect portion size for 1 person. At under $10 it's a great deal. I shouldn't have been so quick to judge by appearance!“

“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

Ordering system with touchscreen super user friendly and easy to pay without human interaction. Sandwiches and burgers made fast and exactly as ordered. Fries were steamy and crispy. “I came here today with my 4 year old for a daddy/daughter lunch, we loved it! The service is fast, the food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. The seating area is clean and comfortable and spacious. But I already knew all of that… I live around the corner and frequent often. I’m posting today because Noel suggested I try the chipotle cheesesteak, with his recommended preparation. It was phenomenal! I ended up eating 3/4 of a giant and I am sitting here stuffed ready for a nap haha. Thanks for making it fun and extra delicious today, Noel! “Amazing subs and sandwiches! While visiting family I decided to check out Franki’s and it did not disappoint! I got the teriyaki sub and I can honestly say it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had! “I came in around 10 am on a friday, and I just got out of bed looking like a hot mess. So I decide hey I'll go to subway for once and when I got there I was greeted with a smile from the man working there. There was a chair in the way of the fridge and I took the liberty of moving it myself but the man told me to just leave it there and came around to move it for me instead. I was treated with so much respect from this man when he took the rest of my order, and I work in customer service, so it felt really great to be treated with such respect. I'd recommend this place not just for its quality of food but for its service to customers. Thank you for the great experience!“
