Love their food and have been a frequent customer for years. Always have had great service from the counter staff.My reasoning for the 3 stars is due to them not updating their pricing on their website. It’s been the same for awhile and is misleading. I understand the need to increase prices but just would be nice if i knew upfront. Instead of being surprised when i pick up my order.

I ordered 2 slices of pizza and I got the small corners of a larger pizza. Was this left over scrap from someone else's pizza? This is the worst pizza order I've had and it was cold too! I posted a picture to show what I received, this has to be a joke.

So disappointed I called at 5:05 pm for a 5:45 pick up my order was not ready it’s now after 6pm it made late for church , So not happy who ever took the order put it in wrong under a different name and the order was wrong so just really

The girls that work here don’t ever listen to slice orders properly. You ask for three slices and get two. Or they heat up the wrong slices. Then when they get your order wrong and you ask for a refund because you only have a 30 minute lunch break they say you HAVE wait for the line to clear out before getting any refund. Just spent 15 minutes in there for 3 slices. Pathetic. The redhead is kind of rude honestly. I used to like this Nirchis and considered it the best in the area, but I don’t know anymore. Poor service lately.

My boyfriend ordered after he left work, he got there on time that they said to. Our pizza was cold and so was his "wings." When they checked the order after check out, they forgot the mozzerrella sticks, no biggie it happens. Yet the lady at the counter didnt realize till after we checked out so we had to do a refund...none the less when he got our pizza it was cold, he called saying it was terribly cold when he left. We dont live far from nirchis and our pizza was brick cold when it was brought into the house to the point we put it in the oven to reheat. Plus when he got home, they gave him boneless wings when he said on the phone bone in with extra sauce and blue cheese and they had no sauce and he had to ask the lady at the counter for extra blue cheese because she didnt add it ...keep in mind we paid for extra sauce and the extra blue cheese. They looked like chicken nuggets that weren't even tossed in sauce. Our half sheet we split, he did honey mustard chicken for half, I did meat lovers. The honey mustard had maybe a drop on it, you couldnt even smell it, it was cheese and chicken. I hate honey mustard and tasted it. It was cheese and chicken. My meat lovers was decent in meat but had absolutely no sauce, was so dry to eat. Quite a shame considering we'd go there constantly. The past few times have just been a disappointment. Just a shame.

Pizza was good but the garlic knots were bangin'. It was ready at the time they said it would be and even though I got there a few minutes passed the closing hour.... they were kind and courteous.
