“Went here for the first time. I was immediately impressed by the fact that when I ordered a lamb gyro they cooked/heated up the meat along with the gyro flatbread on the grill. This way my sandwich was piping hot and tasted fresher than places that usally keep a hot tray for the meats and dish it out. Service was also friendly. I will be back!“

“Update: Coram location flavors are NOT as good as the others. Flavors fell flat on everything I ordered :(.The paneer kati roll at other locations are EYUMMMM! i love the consistency of all the locations (hauppauge and selden) i was in and out couldn't be happier :)“

“Stopped by yesterday without knowing that the restaurant was recently reopened and under new management. We were met by a clean environment, friendly conversation, and helpful recommendations by the owner. I ordered a falafal platter and masala fries: the falafal itself was very good, the sauces are a must as well. The fries could have had more seasoning, but overall very good. Wishing the new ownership good luck!“

“Wow!!! Just WOW! We are SO LUCKY to be live AROUND THE CORNER from THE BEST HALAL FOOD YET!!! As a vegetarian I have to RAVE about the Falafel platter, and my husband LIVED the combo (all platters come WITH FRENCH FRIES!!!???) SO YUM! Go and get it!!!Vegetarian options: Falafel, Veggie patties, and Simosas! As well as all side dishes are vegetarian including homemade potato-chip spiral roll, and the salad is delicious! Also, the white sauce is AWESOME!!!!“

“The best halal place I’ve been to in a very long time I was able to eat my food. I got side sauces if I wanted them because sometimes the hot sauce is a little spicy but it was perfect and it’s so good definitely a must try if you’re in the area.“

“Salam Alaikum! I ate here regularly before the new owners; I saw the new reviews and was scared to try. The portions are Only smaller because of having to order salad on the side; if you don’t put it down the portions are indeed smaller, I was also given enough sauce for two familys! Fast service; ordered online they had everything ready by the time I arrived.“

“Amira and Mostafa have become a staple in the community and the local mosques. From providing iftar dinners to those fasting, to Friday prayer service meals. They are the kindest people always ready to help serve you and the food is amazing. Traditional Egyptian food and always greeted with smiles and salam. So happy you are apart of this community. “I saw this food joint on my way to get my eyebrows done so decided to give it a try and was glad I did. I ordered a 32 piece fried chicken and masala fries. The fries were nice and hot wth the right amount of spice. The chicken is the best I have had from a restaurant. Seasoned to the bone,crispy golden on the outside and juicy on the inside. I would definitely order from the Halal Hut again.“

“I was at Halal Hut today for my lunch. I was going through the menu but I was a little lost and Sayka helped me with my order and served my food with a warm smile. She was very sweet and helpful from choosing my food to serving me and the food was great as well. Surely will come back again and hope to be served by Sayka again as well.“

“This is the best Halal place on Long Island! I order here at least a few times a month. I doordash my service and pick up. The food is always fresh regardless. You can also call ahead for your order as well. The workers here always friendly. They take the time to create your food with care and attention.Inside is clean, they have an open grill which you can see your food being prepared.There are a few tables set up for dining in. They also have a variety of beverages and ice cream popcicles.My favorite dish would be chicken over rice as well as their chicken sandwich patty. This place would get a 10/10 from me if possible!Parking: Parking is availible right at the side of the building. Always plenty of space availible. The workers park in the far back to allow space for their customers.“

“Delicious, clean, comfy. Everything we ordered was great but by far the best chicken tenders I've gotten from anywhere in a long time. I don't know why anyone would choose fast food chains when there are small businesses with better, fresher food like Holy Cow nearby.“

“Been coming here frequently lately as their prices are very fair, food is always excellent and service is friendly. Most importantly they’re open very late when most other food places are closed.Tonight they let me try their new menu item “sloppy burger” which is a huge juicy piece of fried chicken tender, crispy pickles and various sauces (caution, spicy level is high but can likely be adjusted) on a small bun. It was delicious and I’m glad I was able to sample it because I will definitely be ordering this in the future if it becomes a staple on the menu.“

“My first time eating here, the cashier (I didn't catch her name) and the cook was wonderful people. I ordered a buss up but they don't do buss up, so I got a regular roti. I was skeptical at first, I had a bad experience when I went to a Guyanese restaurant in Brooklyn and it was bad, however this is so good, the empanada my son had, he said was the best he ever ate. This is a hidden jewel. If you love Caribbean food this is another spot to come. It mostly take out, parking is small but they're spaces on the other side of building which is a little bigger. You will enjoy the meal. This place been open for two years now, support them. And the music is mellow.Thank you!!!!“
