Patrick is such an amazing employee and so attentive! He literally stopped everything to take care of what I wanted when my ice cream cone fell, instead of saying “too bad” he made me another cone free of charge! Literally I love this store and their employees! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Horrible service, I'm an Ubereats delivery driver and after 5 minutes of standing at the counter I ask about the order to be delivered. They said it will be a while. After waiting and customers getting their ice cream I inquired about my delivery. He said he had a bunch of customers and it will be a while. So people just walking in the door had priority, my time didn't mean anything ?. I left and reported them to Ubereats.

Went to the one in Huntington last year around Xmas time. Was awesome, cool concept no complaints.Last night, 7 pm, went to Coram one on way back from a light show. Awful location. I had my 8 year old son with me. There was an ignorant, belligerent, intoxicated man shouting and cursing on phone. There was another couple in there and the staff (young guys) said nothing to the man. I don’t blame them. It’s sad because it would be nice to sit down there and enjoy an ice cream but when you have clients with the munchies from a bar two doors down it’s not enjoyable. When I looked him in the eye and told him to chill that I have my son with me, he kind of did. The cursing stopped but the ignorance and shouting didn’t. You should really think about getting security. Meat Farms in Ronkonkoma has security at night for crying out loud and Thursday a they’re a grocery store. Low score on atmosphere for Coram.
