Terrible customer service. They should do better training. Came in at 5 PM asked for a toasted roll and the counter woman said no because the turn of the toaster at 4 PM. If they close at 7 PM it makes no sense to not be able to get a toasted roll at 5 PM. On top of that they always get the order wrong.

Early morning, I go get a loaf of Italian bread. The girl managing the register has her hair in a messy bun. Considering this is a food establishment, at least keep the hair tight. Also, the perception is the attitude from the women serving people is sub par. The one girl wearing gold chains like its thug life is not very nice! She's cold and from observations is not customer friendly at all. One older lady is always singing, humming, whistling and you have repeat your order like 3x. So... When I get home, I noticed the bread is not fresh! You'd think a busy bakery would have the decency to not try fooling the customer by selling old bread. The bread was hard and I had to discard it. $3.00 in the trash! You'd think they would remove day(s) old bread and recycle it. That's a huge disappointment! This establishment and its owners - being a staple and serving in the neighborhood for years, should be mindful & considerate to selling fresh bread and products to the customers supporting the business. Additionally, the owner should consider taking the time to observe his staff - perhaps invest time to provide coaching to take away from their poor customer service skills and be warm, friendly and presentable.

The cookies that are shipped to Harris teeter are stale and the filling resembles glue.

The owner is never around and nobody wants to help you.

My kids and I loved this place, we stop by for the cookies and their whole grain rolls. The people working there are great and friendly!

My favorite morning spot. But as of late its has been so spotty. They were open yesterday and I go to pick up my usually supply of mult grains rolls. Surprise surprise sign and lights off! Something to the tune of blaming the pandemic and equipment failure!! If someone reads this who works there or the owner. This is just not right you owe more to us and the neighbors who patron your business get it together!!

They need to train their employees with customer service etiquette. The 3 women at the front are just so grouchy. Not a smile, not a “welcome” or “hi” no “thank you” or “have a nice day”.I understand maybe they don’t get paid enough and are miserable at the job but come on, smile and just put a smile on a customers face in the morning. It’s more than likely that they are the first people that customers interact with. Start the day off bright.Maybe I’m asking for too much but those are just basic social skills!Other than that I love their bread and coffee. The smiles from the employees would definitely make it even better.

One of the ladies working there took my order, but then told something to her coworker, and she turned in my direction and back and quietly said “Ew!” and both of them giggled. I already heard from others that they had a horrible reputation for their attitude, and countless stories of it. I don’t recommend going here.

I have been coming to bakery boys for many years the night girls are very nice but the morning girls are very nasty no expression and make you feel rushed I come in every morning they don't greet you say thank you nothing i was shocked the past two mornings i went in they have a new lady working she smiles greets you when you walk in very fast service and. she even says thank you and have a nice day as long as she is working in the mornings i will continue coming in my last thought to myself was I will find a new place I don't need to be treated like this until I came in the past two days and was served by the new lady she kind of changed my mind as long as she is working in the bakery I will continue being a customer she really brightens up the morning

Best Angel Wings ever! I am hooked. Am I able to purchase these in Rhode Island or nearby Massachusetts? First had Mini Angel Wings at Gino’s Deli in Wildwood, FL.
