The most overrated empanadas in queens and all of nyc. There’s absolutely no way authentic Colombians would say this place has the best empanadas, you can find better ones in Elizabeth NJ, Rico pan bakery, Colombian street vendor in Manhattan, and many other places. These empanadas lacked flavor, tasted very weird, and the green sauce was not spicy at all, all empanadas should come with the option of hot sauce. Also it’s takeout only.

First time here It was recommended. I ordered 2 gluten free beef empanadas and 3 chicken and a regular chicken. The beef were actually beans I didn't see any beef and tasted only beans so no beef. I also didn't notice that one chicken was missing, but I had walked a long way and didn't go back to correct order. I ate what I received (though I'm not a bean person) and they were good. The chicken I had pickup for someone else... I will revisit when I'm in the area again. Coming from Brooklyn is a long way? and will check the order before walking away.. its a curb side spot so you order from a window.Dietary restrictions: I like that they have gluten free options.

This is an easy-to-miss, whole-in-the-wall cafe on a corner of 108 St in Corona. These empanadas are absolutely the best I've ever had, crunchy, not greasy, and full of filling. Well-priced and the ladies who work inside are super friendly and sweet. I will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu!

I've been coming to this place for YEARS. My mom used to bring empanadas home from here when I was younger. I've been obsessed with their food. They get very little sauce for each empanada, but I don't mind paying a little extra to get more sauce. They are very welcoming and the spot is definitely a comfort food spot for me. Since they redid their storefront, they have order windows which is pretty convenient. Love this place

Had urge for empanadas and tried this spot. The selections may change regularly as i read reviews and some empanadas were not available when I went there. Location is at a corner and parking is hard to find. Alternative side parking is in effect some days and I saw tickets on cars around the place. I ordered at the window and 15 minutes later they called me. I ordered 3 different types and they were labeled correctly and more importantly were delicious. Staff was friendly. There is no outdoor seating just a table and stand to stand and eat. This is a pure takeout spot. I would recommend it if you have a hankering for empanadas. I was in the mood for empanadas and I found this cute little spot. It's not a walk in place, you order and pickup at a window. The maduro empanada is my favorite. They also have helados and the coconut was delicious.
So I ordered through Uber eats & my food arrived hot & fresh ! I got a bunch of different empanadas & they were ALL amazing !!!!!! The sweet plantain & mozzarella cheese was very interesting & soooo good ! I will definitely get that option again ! You guys got it ! I will definitely order again & check you guys out in person !

Have been coming here for years. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I've even ordered one of their large platters for a party once and everyone loved them. Maybe the only place I've been where a vegetarian option (ricotta & spinach) is my favorite one, but i enjoy them all. Would definitely suggest checking them out.
