RUN far away from this place. It is a shame I have to write this review and that I cannot give them 0 stars. From the moment I left after booking the event, I knew it was a mistake but it was too late. They say one thing and do the complete opposite. Add to that, the staff that helped clean after the event broke more than one of the keepsake items that I paid for. I called and spoke to a manager who said they would speak with the staff and get back to me in 2 days. It has been 2 weeks and still have not received a call back from him which is unprofessional. Adding to that, my guest complained that their plates of food were taken away before they even had a chance to finish, and they also did not get cake once it was cut, so I am not sure where exactly the cake went which I also told the manager about. I also had a floral arch which had to be picked up after the event because there was no space in my car after loading up most of my stuff and when it was picked up it was in destroyed on the top. I was told on the day of my event that my contract was flagged as a VIP. If that is how they treat a VIP then I feel very sorry for people that aren't. So unprofessional and disrespectful and not even a return phone call or follow up e-mail from any 1 of the 4 people I dealt with from the moment I booked till the night of the event. Take your business elsewhere where you will be treated like a human being and with professionalism.
