Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

The worse wings and fries I ever had .It was salty and had an odd after taste. I would rather pay for delivery fees on ubereats then to buy here that walking distance from my house . Not worth it.

This place is making several people sick. Not sure if it’s because it’s a new business and the workers don’t know how to store the chicken appropriately. Many of my friends have gotten nauseous, vomiting, and diarrhea after eating here. This place had so much potential. Hopefully they can fix whatever is going wrong with the chicken.

This place is so understaffed that it’s unbearable we ordered a 30 piece combo and we thought the waiting time would be around 10-20 minutes which is reasonable enough if it becomes 30 minutes taking into consideration that the place was packed but there really was no staff to attend both of the cashiers machines nor was there anyone to clean up afterwards a person finished eating their food and we had to clean the desks where we sit OURSELVES and not only that despite our order is huge they kept serving people who ordered online and people who ordered after us that is complete nonsense and to finish this review the worst thing ever is that the food was mid, it wasn’t nothing as I expected and I would never eat here ever again and they also mentioned that they forgot to prepare our order and we waited around one hour for nothing but mid food.

My Cashier Arnob (that was what the rcpt said, young gentleman with a hat on darker skin black hair)was amazing! Please give him a raise or something.he’s manager material. Anytime anyone had an issue he was the first to check on it.Quick preface I’ve been in the service industry for over 15 years, I’m extremely patient and understanding with fast food and restaurants. One lady there really ruined the entire experience for me. I’m certain she will do it again to others.She was a small older filipino?Asian lady. My order was directly behind her and she wouldn’t grab it. I waited an extra ten minutes while it sat there and she kept saying- later/ not right now. There was no one else she was helping-It was so bad that I actually called the store to ask questions about where to pay bc she would literally wave me off. She was so nasty and mean and for what reason? How do you even get hired being that rude.

Went in today to check it out, they just opened up two-three days ago. It was packed with people!Shout out to the workers who did a great job! The person at the register was very calm, professional, and kind - even when customers would get upset because they were out of coke and sprite.So the food, for me, was not that good. I added photos to show what $18 got me. I ordered a combo with two dipping sauces (Hawaiian and lemon pepper) but got ketchup and lemon pepper. I was told I would have to pay more if I wanted a dipping sauce for my fries even though the menu said “choose two dips for wings and one for the fries.”Took about 5-7 minutes to place my order and 15 to get it.I imagine once the hype of it being new goes down that the wait time will be faster.The fries felt more on the burnt/toasty side, no flavor, no salt, no dipping sauce.The wings tasted bland but the lemon pepper made them delicious!However, for a couple more dollars I can go to Dallas BBQ and get 10 gigantic chicken wings with as much dipping sauce as I want.I would not go back. Can’t really recommend. BUT it is great to see them in the neighborhood, I am sure things will get better with time and I hope they stick around for a long time.

They finally opened! There was some waiting time in the line due to opening day, but the boneless wings were great and food was received warm.
