My family and I have enjoyed McDonalds for years, over 40 years. I have managed in the food service work force for quite a few years myself and I have a pretty good understanding of it all on all levels and degrees. Can't customize an order. Almost everything is pre-packaged. Couldn't get a bagel and cream cheese, so I settled for a bagel and butter. One small butter package tossed in the bag. No knife to spread it with either.

great mcdonalds location with friendly staff that allowed us to customize our order when other locations have told us they wouldn't. to the individual who was taking orders on drive through and taking payments on the morning of 2/9 - you're the best! management - keep this person around if you can!!
